Plant Manager I was hired to increase productivity and throughput in a plant in which I had previous experience when it was Film Technologies International. Six Sigma Black Belt I was responsible for improving quality, productivity, and profitability in the Final Formation department in the Tampa plant. Productivity and profitability was increased by 5% in a mature process environment. My responsibilities included acting as the ISO 9001 Management Representative and analyzing costs associated with nonconformance to justify capital projects.
