RK: YM:

No sir. Okay. Mr. Kronk, uh, real quick, at looking at your statement uhm, it, it's rather brief. I'd rather, I'd rather have you tell me in your own words I guess how you found, what you found, and what you saw and what you did. Because you mentioned something about a stick as well.

RK: YM: RK: YM: RK: YM: RK: YM: RK:

Okay, this is a, this is a two neighborhood route. Uh-hum (affirmative). My first neighborhood's right down the street. Okay. I finished it. I came over here. I've read this route before. And you work for? Orange County Utilities. Okay. And I've read this route before and I know this area over here in the woods is a safe place to urinate outside. So I parked my truck. I threw my yellow lights on to make it appear like I was actually doing something. I grabbed my meter stick out of the back of my truck. I went into the woods to urinate. When I was finished I noticed a black, plastic bag laying there. And I saw like a dome in it. And I....

YM: RK: YM: RK: YM:

Did you, was it, was it open? Did.... No, it was closed. Okay, so it was just kind of like a, it was.... Yeah (affirmative), but I saw, I saw like a round dome. You know.... Got you.

RK:

... it kind of looked like something. And I took my stick and I hit it and it thudded. And it sounded like either plastic or like you know, hollow bone or something. And , and so I took to my stick and I, which is curved for pulling meter boxes, and I grabbed the bottom of the bag and I pulled it. And I pulled it the second time and then uhm, a human skull dropped out with hair around it and duct tape across the mouth. And I went, "Oh, God," and immediately came up and called my supervisor and then called Orange County Utilities and notified them that I had found human remains and that I needed the police.

YM: RK:

Who did you, who's your supervisor? What's his name? Uh, my supervisor on this route today is named Alex. But my big supervisor's named Rusty, and his boss is Kevin.

YM: RK: YM: RK: YM: RK: EE: RK: EE: RK: EE: RK: EE: RK:
