QUESTION 2 WORKSPACE

Workspace controlled the display of menu, toolbars and pallets in the drawing area. The user can change the display of drawing area by switching a workspace. Open the Customize User Interface dialog box if user decide to manage the workspace. TOOLBARS

Toolbars is a repositories for a variety of the item for the drawings work facilities. Home, Insert, Anno taste, Parametic, View, Manage, Output, Express tools and etc are available in toolbars. Its very easy to used. Simply click on the item that the user would like to used. For example, if the user would like to draw a circle, just click the item home where there had a circle button. By clicking that, the user can make the circle easily with the specific radius/diameter. WORKSPACE AREA

Workspace area is an area for work the drawings. After clicking on the items was found on the toolbars, the shapes, circle or line will be committed in this region. The object of the various shapes can be produces or remove in this area. Workspace have a variety background and themes. The user can decide it with his appropriate and comfortable. COMMAND AREA

Command area is the place of interaction between the user and computer. If the user would like to draw a circle for example, the command will ask the user either he or she want a specific circle or regular circle.

STATUS BAR

Status bars is a place to store the items such as inter constrains, snap off, grid display, ortho mode, polar tracking, object osnap, 3Dobject snap, object snap track, allow/disallow dynamic UCS, dynamic input, show/hide line weight, show/transparency hide, quick properties, selection cycling and etc.
