I have designed this program as a seven week course to cause a deliberate and gradual shift in
your consciousness, giving you time to integrate the change into your everyday life so that it has
a lasting effect. Of course some of you will need to revisit it many times to create the amazing
change you want.

This change causes you to take on a new awareness and you realize that:
You are the one who controls your life.
You are the one who can make a choice to make all your experiences work for
you.
You are the one who decides to draw a powerful gift from each moment you live.
You are the one who can create your bigger and brighter future.

The secrets that are revealed in this program will enhance your life and support you to
Free yourself from the past
Empower you in your present moment
Enrich your future


The Layout of each Step:
I first define what is involved in each step and explain the rationale behind the exercise. I then
provide specific instructions and set-up procedures for doing the exercise along with a
visualization meditation, where applicable.

The Inspiration for my work
There have been many people who have inspired this work and my life. During my travels all
those I have encountered whether for a brief period or an extended period have added to the
amazingly rich matrix of my life.

I have been guided and inspired by many teachers, through books, workshops and courses.
Some of my greatest inspiration for this work has come through my students and clients and my
parents, children and grandchildren.

One of my teachers who I acknowledge for his contribution to my lifes journey is William White
Cloud, my Friend, Life Coach and Motivator and author of The Magicians Way. Another who
speaks about love and truth in a way that simply rings for me is Neale Walsh author of the
Conversations with God books. Wayne Dyer has always inspired me with his humility, sense of
humor and ability to connect with each person as though they are the only one in the room when
there are hundreds.

Note: when you are practiced in all the steps of this program go to the summary
of the meditations at the end. It is designed to take you through the whole
exercise as one process.


STEP ONE: Create Create Create Create the State of Stillness

A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: Stillness is the State Of Being
Stillness means, stillness of mind and body. It is in this state of stillness that you will
access that expanded part of your being.
The State of Stillness for most of us is difficult to achieve. We live in a world where the
majority of human beings are busily doing. In fact there exists an ethic that is hard to kill
and that is we are worthless if we not doing something. In reality, the majority of us find
ourselves running around reacting and responding to outside influences and rarely
achieving what we want.
If you ask people what they really want in life, most will answer I just want to be happy.
When you are happy any way you want to describe yourself is already there. If you say I
want to have peace or harmony, when you are happy they are already part of your
happiness. Anything you desire in your happiness exists in the State of Bliss. Bliss is
the state of being free from cares, worries and fear. And the irony is that Bliss can only be
achieved by stopping, living in the void and not knowing what might happen next. Scary?
Yes, but it is more scary to live the life you have been doing.
Being in The Void is the state of being empty and free from anything you have previously
known. Once you have reached this state of being empty you can then fill it with
something new and supportive of how you want your life to be. The void is the place we
all have to step into to create change. Once you are empty of all the fears and worries
that make you unhappy you can then fill up with all that makes you happy.
It takes the application of your will to sit still, do nothing and just notice. The key to
activating your Will is to make a Choice. To be a great creator of your circumstances you
must develop a space to Receive information from another source of self. Do this and
you will simplify your life and bring more happiness in.
Stillness is the place where all higher messages come to us and are received. Our
society has trained us to become a doing person rather than a being person. This state of
frantic doingness does not nurture our need to be in contact with our inner self that
helps us to communicate with our higher-self. In fact it is the very thing that causes us to
become disconnected from our intuition and therefore our wisdom.
To support you to practice Stillness, here is a guided meditation that is short and simple
to remember. It will help you still your mind and body and slip into the STATE OF
STILLNESS. Once this Stillness is achieved on a regular basis you will then begin to
notice other forms of information coming to you. These will be expanded on later.

B BB B. INSTRUCTION
It is recommended that you practice this STILLNESS MEDITATION at home each
morning before starting your day as this will set the focus for your day ( or at night or a
convenient time for you if morning is not possible) for 14 days. In time you will be able to
sit for long periods and enjoy your stillness.
Day 1 & 2: Sit for 5 minutes and notice what is happening.
Day 3 & 4: Increase the time to 10 minutes
Day 5 & 6: Increase the time to 20 minutes
Day 7: Increase the time to 30 minutes
Week Two: Sit for at least 30 minutes or longer until you feel like coming out of it.
Once you have achieved this then use it each day for at least 10 minutes in the morning
and whenever you feel your mind needs a rest during your busy day.
It is important that you give dedicated time to this exercise. As with all learning it
takes time to integrate. With this we are changing a very old ingrained habit and
our mind and body needs to have the time to make it a new habit.
C CC C. THE SET-UP
1. Turn off your mobile phone and take other phones off the hook.
2. Find a place in your home where you will be uninterrupted by other people, pets and
if possible outside noise.
3. Some people put a Do not Disturb sign on the door for the next 30 minutes, giving
a time frame, e.g. between 6 am and 6.30 am.
4. Sit up in this exercise because later you will use it to set the scene for other
meditations that require you to be able to write. Also it keeps you more alert and less
likely to fall asleep, which is not the State of Meditation.
5. It is recommended that you do not use music for this exercise because it is designed
to be used in complete silence. When you become practiced at it you can use it
anywhere and you will be able to block outside interference.
D DD D. THE EXERCISE:
Close your eyes and allow your thoughts to simply drift in and out of your consciousness
with each breath that you take in and breathe out.
Make a conscious intention/choice to go into a State of Stillness of mind and body.
Count yourself down using each in and out breath. When your thoughts and feelings stop
at any time in the count down, simply sit in your still and quiet state. If still counting down
and thoughts and feelings return continue the count. Remember practice, practice and
more practice.
When you first begin this you may find that your mind will not stay still and quiet. Do not
become annoyed with yourself and certainly do not give up the practice. Simply notice
this is happening and gently choose to reach stillness and quiet. Whenever my mind
wanders I say these words in my mind, I am being quiet and still.
Students, who practice this Meditation as recommended, report that within a short time
they have a feeling of wellbeing. This of course means that they are healthier and more
content.

E EE E. THE MEDITATION:
TEN: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS,
DO NOT TRY TO STOP THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY ATTENTION. SIMPLY NOTICE
THEM. BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS.
(YOU CAN, IF IT HELPS, IMAGINE THAT THEY ARE LEAVES OR FEATHERS
FLOATING ON THE BREEZE PASSING IN AND OUT OF YOUR VISION).
NINE: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, AGAIN GIVE THEM AS LITTLE ATTENTION AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT
TRYING TO AVOID THEM. BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR
CONSCIOUSNESS.
EIGHT: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, THIS TIME ASK YOUR THOUGHTS TO COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE
FINISHED THIS MEDITATION IF THEY ARE STILL IMPORTANT. BREATHE OUT AND
LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS.
SEVEN: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR
CONSCIOUSNESS.
SIX: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS,
BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS.
FIVE: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR
CONSCIOUSNESS.
FOUR: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, BREATHE OUT AND LET THEM DRIFT OUT OF YOUR
CONSCIOUSNESS.
THREE: BREATHING NATURALLY IN AND OUT. YOU ARE TOTALLY RELAXED
TWO: YOUR MIND AND BODY ARE STILL AND QUIET
ONE: YOUR MIND IS TOTALLY EMPTY AND YOUR BODY SEEMS NOT TO EXIST.
ZERO: YOU ARE TOTALLY VOID OF ANYTHING. YOU ARE SIMPLY BEING STILL

WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED COME BACK INTO YOUR ROOM, OPEN YOUR EYES,
AND YOUR MEDITATION IS COMPLETE.


STEP TWO: 8et 8et 8et 8et the Intention by making a choice for the desired
outcome

A. A. A. A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE:

Definition: Intention is the end result you want to achieve from the Exercise

You need to set your intention for your intuitive nature to understand what you want and
give you the most appropriate feedback.

It has been said many times that the secret to making something happen is attributed
90% to your intention. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all that you create outwardly
in the world.

Many people keep saying I dont know what I want. I only know what I dont want.
Unfortunately your subconscious mind does not differentiate between not wanting and
wanting. It only receives a garbled message and sets about manifesting that into reality.
The results of course will be very mixed and very rarely what you really want.

When you are confused and unable to give a clear message to your subconscious mind
then the most useful thing you can do is to invoke the powers of your intuition.

How do you do this? You simply set your intention at the beginning of the STEP THREE
MEDITATION and wait for the awareness you will gather from your HIGHER WISDOM.

If you do know what you want state it as clearly as possible. I use I am statements to
set my intention for a meditation. I am statements bring my consciousness to focus on
what I want right now and in a very positive way.

An example: I want to complete this Program in two days and cover all that is possible to
cover in my writing of it. My Intention Statement is: I am writing a very powerful
document that will serve others well and it is complete in two days. Then I meditate on
this. Yes, I meditate to access my intuition for everything I do.

During meditation I receive a lot more information and ideas and get very clear about
other intentions I might want to set for further meditation.

At this point it would be useful to have some background on how your subconscious mind
works.
Your subconscious mind says yes to everything
So it is the messages you give to your subconscious mind that create your experience.
Unlike your conscious mind that works purely on what you have already experienced in
life, your subconscious mind does not have to know how it is or what it should and should
not think. It just listens to what you tell it and delivers that to you in your experiences.
You tell it that you are confused and dont know what you want it will give you more
confusion, more indecisive behaviour and more of what you definitely dont want.
Some examples of messages people give their subconscious mind are: Life is hard, it
says How hard do you want it? You tell it that the world is a dangerous place it says
How much danger will satisfy you? Your subconscious mind is constantly listening to
your dialogue about everything and working on how to give you as much of that as
possible.
Think of your subconscious mind in terms of the most loving, nurturing mother you can
imagine. Whatever you tell her you want she will move Heaven and Earth to give it to
you. The test is: is this a useful message and will it get me what I want?
So, wouldnt it be wise to get clear about what you really want and give those messages
to your subconscious?
The best way I know how to get very clear about what I really want is to access my
intuition through the
State of Innocence. This is the next step.

B BB B. INSTRUCTION

Buy yourself a Journal that is used purely for this work. All you need is a pen and your
journal and be set up in the same way as Step One in the Stillness Exercise because you
will be meditating and writing when move straight on into the next steps after this
exercise.

C CC C. THE SET-UP

1. Turn off your mobile phone and take other phones off the hook.
2. Go to your place in your home where you are uninterrupted by other people, pets
and outside noise.
3. Put your Do not Disturb sign on the door for the next 30 minutes, giving a time
frame, e.g. between 6 am and 6.30 am.
4. Remember to sit up so you can remain alert and will be able to write at the end of
Step 3.
D DD D. THE EXERCISE:

1. Decide what it is you want clarity on. For this exercise it is TO BE HAPPY

2. Write it in your journal as an I am statement as explained previously. I AM
HAPPY (When doing this exercise at other times and if you are not really clear about
what you want then you might write it this way. I need clarity around the subject of

STEP THREE: Activate Activate Activate Activate your higher wisdom through the State
of Innocence

A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: The Bridge between your conscious mind and your higher wisdom is a State
Of Innocence. This literally means IN*NO*SENSE.
When you reach the State of Innocence you do not know anything. You are completely
free from any preconceived ideas, feelings and emotions. You are free to have an
experience in a whole new way. Only when you begin from nothing are you creating
something that is fresh and new. This is pure creative energy.
Some of you may be afraid to empty yourselves of your old perceptions because you do
not know what will be left. This literally means that you must surrender the past and dare
to bring a new perspective into your life. The reward for this courage is that you are
able to activate your higher wisdom and fully embrace your creative nature.
It is very useful when reconnecting to your innocence to notice your relationship to it.
Some of you will fall asleep, some will search the memory bank for a way to understand
and some will have lots of mind chatter. Whatever happens for you during the innocence
meditation take note and make your intention to practice the meditation until you feel the
change in your consciousness. Simply become aware.
By raising this awareness through self-observation you will see what blockages you
have in place that hinder your intuitive communication between your conscious
mind and your higher mind.
Your conscious mind is weighted down by all your ideas and feelings from your past
experiences. The irony is that all of these ideas came from a source outside of you. They
are primarily other peoples ideas. And even more, the majority of them are fear-based,
designed to keep you safe and in your comfort zone, which is not a comfortable place
to stay when your life is not happy. Something has to change.
New experiences have to be created by you. These experiences must be in line with your
true nature. The only way you can know your true nature is to know it through your
higher wisdomyour intuition.
The first intuitive moment has a light easy peaceful feeling. Then straight on top of that
come the doubts. Because your doubts are based on fears, such as, you might be wrong
and maybe that you will make a fool of yourself, they feel heavy and uncomfortable. So,
intuition has a light feeling and doubts have a heavy uncomfortable feeling.

Remember that the intuitive thoughts might feel uncomfortable too, depending what it is
about. This is why I describe Intuition as the gap between the gut feeling and the
doubt feelings and it is void or empty of feelings that in turn give rise to
emotions.

To make it clear again, intuition is a light feeling and your fears, and doubts are heavy.

Two Modes of Awareness




Common Awareness, Ego-Expression of Your Beliefs Based On Fear (Protection)
Intuitive Awareness, CreativeExpression of Your True Creative Nature Based On Bliss

We are so used to taking more notice of our doubts and are afraid to do something
different or new. So, mostly we do not listen to and act in favour to what we get intuitively.
That is why we have trained ourselves over most of our lifetime to dismiss our intuition.
We think it is safer to ignore our gut feelings and give power to our doubts.

Many of my students notice that when they are caught up in their past experiences, trying
to work it out, they feel uncomfortable emotionally and physically. Some have actually
said that when they tried to work it out their head actually felt heavy. When they went into
Innocence they felt fun, joy, peace and knew more of what was real around them or a
subject. This is the state of being connected to your higher self, your higher
wisdom. And this state will definitely bring you real happiness

The more you practice this exercise the more you will learn to trust your intuition. Then
you will have clear answers to your situations that will always make your life more
peaceful and easy and real happiness will be the result.

B BB B. INSTRUCTION
It is recommended that you practice this each day for two weeks.
Day 1 & 2: Do the Meditation and notice what happened during your meditation and write
for at least 5 minutes about your observations in your journal.
Day 3 & 4: Do the Meditation and increase your writing time to at least 10 minutes.
Day 5 & 6: Do the Meditation and increase your writing time to at least 20 minutes.
Day 7: Increase the meditation to at least 30 minutes.
Week Two: Sit for at least 30 minutes or longer until you feel like coming out of it and
notice what happened during your meditation and write it in your journal.
Note: In time you will be able to access your Higher Wisdom State simply by setting the
intention to be there. This, of course, takes practice.
After you have perfected it you can use it whenever you want to create something new in
your life or simply want some clarity on a subject or situation. You can also use it just to
check in on how your ideas and thoughts are going generally.
As with your stillness exercise it is important that you give dedicated time to this exercise.
As with all learning it takes time to integrate.
C CC C. THE SET-UP

1. Turn off your mobile phone and take other phones off the hook.
2. Go to your place in your home where you will be uninterrupted.
3. Put your Do not Disturb sign on the door for the next 60 minutes, with your time
frame.
4. Sit up in this exercise so you stay alert and are able to write.
5. No music for this exercise because you will be not be taken into the music and away
from the exercise.
6. Have your pen and your journal close by because you will be meditating and writing
when you go into this Exercise and the next steps.

D DD D. THE EXERCISE

1. Set your Intention for the end result as in Step 2. The intention for this exercise is
that you reach your state of innocence and access your higher wisdom and explore
your relationship to being in innocence
2. Repeat Step 1 State of Stillness Meditation. It is reproduced at the start of this
Meditation for your convenience.
3. Then continue on with this meditation.
4. At the end of the Meditation write in your journal anything you were aware of that
might have blocked you when you were doing the Mediation in this exercise. When
you bring these blockages up into your conscious awareness you cause a shift in you
that makes it easier to reach Innocence.

ZERO: YOU ARE TOTALLY VOID OF ANYTHING. YOU ARE SIMPLY BEING STILL

NOW IMAGINE THAT YOU ARE WALKING ALONG A PATH THROUGH A FOREST.
BECOME VERY AWARE OF WHAT IS IN THIS FOREST. YOU CAN HEAR THE
INSECTS, BIRDS, ANIMALS, THE BREEZE IN THE LEAVES. YOU CAN TAKE IN ALL
THE VARIOUS AROMAS IN YOUR FOREST. YOU CAN TOUCH THE PLANTS AND
FEEL THE BREEZE ON YOUR SKIN. REALLY EXPLORE YOUR FOREST AND
NOTICE ALL THAT IS AROUND YOU. BECOME PART OF IT
PAUSE FOR APPROX 2 MINUTES TO EXPLORE YOUR FOREST.
LET YOUR FEET FALL EASILY ALONG THE FOREST PATH. WHILE YOU ARE STILL
SOAKING IN ALL YOU CAN ABOUT YOUR FOREST.
YOU LOOK UP AHEAD OF YOU AND THERE IS A VERY BRIGHT AND
CONCENTRATED BEAM OF LIGHT FALLING DOWN ONTO YOUR PATH. AT ITS
BASE IS AN INTENSE RING OF LIGHT THAT HAS FORMED INTO A SOLID CIRCLE
OF LIGHT. THIS IS YOUR CIRCLE OF INNOCENCE. YOU STEP INTO THIS CIRCLE.
THE LIGHT STREAMS DOWN THROUGH THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD AND FILLS
EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. YOU FEEL YOURSELF BECOMING BRIGHTER AND
BRIGHTER AND YOU ARE SENSING A VERY FINE VIBRATION THROUGHOUT
YOUR BODY. YOU ARE UNAWARE OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE LIGHT AND
THIS FINE VIBRATION.
YOU FEEL YOUR MIND BEING CLEANSED AND EMPTIED OF ALL THOUGHTS. YOU
ARE SIMPLY SURRENDERING TO THIS FEELING OF FREEDOM AND PEACE.
YOUR WHOLE BEING IS RELAXED AND EMPTY.
YOU LOOK UPWARD AND JUST ABOVE YOUR HEAD IS A BALL OF THE MOST
INTENSE LIGHT YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. THE BALL OF LIGHT BEGINS TO
DRIFT DOWNWARDS UNTIL IT IS RESTING GENTLY ON THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD.
THEN IT SLIPS INTO THE CENTRE OF YOUR HEAD. AND YOU FEEL YOURSELF
CHANGING INTO THE PURE STATE OF BLISS. YOU ARE EMPTY, FREE OF ALL
THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND FEARS.
YOU FEEL YOURSELF BEING TOTALLY FILLED WITH INTENSE WHITE LIGHT AND

STEP FOUR: Explore Explore Explore Explore your Intention/Choice in the State of
Innocence


A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: When you are in the State of Innocence you are awake dreaming which is like
daydreaming. Because you are accessing your Innocence through Intuition it is much
more focused. You simply let your mind, which is now actively intuitive, take your
thoughts wherever it may want to go. Do not try to pre-empt any thoughts. Let your
imagination keep expanding.

The main thing to remember about being in innocence is that you are now completely
open to anything new that may want to communicate with you. You have freed yourself
from the mind chatter of past reference now which leaves the pathway clear for your
Higher Mind to communicate with you.
Now that you have mastered the State of Innocence your intention is to use that state to
give you clarity on any subject you wish to explore. You are consciously activating
your intuition to get the answers you are seeking.

You are intentionally setting up a condition in your subconscious mind. Remember your
subconscious says yes to everything. This condition allows you to come to a place
within yourself that is free from all the confusing thinking you have previously had around
the subject of your HAPPINESS.

Now your imagination can take over and you start to use the tools of your intuition, which
are related to your other 5 senses. There are various ways that this can happen and they
are carried through the following psychic tools:
Clairvoyance or clear seeing
Clairaudience or clear hearing
Clairsentient or clear feeling
Clairambience or clear sensing of the environment e.g. smell.
Now before you start saying you have not got any of these, let me tell you we have them
all in some degree or other. One is usually predominant in you and with practice you can
make them all stronger in you.



What are The Various Ways We Can Receive the Intuitive Messages?

Through feelings: the best way to experience this is to be in the State of Innocence and
sit opposite another person and allow yourself to feel what they may be feeling in their
body. When you do this you might pick up a feeling of tightness somewhere in the body,
or heat or cold, or emotional feelings, like anger and sadness. You may feel like crying.

Through word-pictures: this is when you do not actually see a picture in your mind but
you are able to describe a scene as though it is real. This is the way authors create the
atmosphere in their books. You are able to use your imagination to see what the author
is conveying to you through words.

Through pictures: This can be like looking at a real picture, such as a work of art or
photograph. For some, it is like being at the movies. For me I am in the movie, watching
the movie and being each character.

Through symbols: Symbols can come in various forms; in fact they can be anything. They
can be ancient and traditional symbols, such as the sickle or sceptre. They can be fruit,
birds, animals or in fact anything. For example one of my symbols was a mail glove used
in duelling. What it was saying to me was that the person I was giving an intuitive reading
to at the time was always challenging people.

This can be one of the more difficult ones to work with at first because you often do not
know what the symbol is trying to tell you. What I say to my students is to simply ask your
symbol to talk to you and tell you what it is communicating. This will activate the next way
you can receive messages.

Through hearing: this also can take various forms. The words can come like thought
forms and seem to come out of your own mind, much like when you sit and imagine a
conversation with someone or when you are having an internal dialogue with yourself.
You can actually hear words like someone is really talking to you. Sometimes you might
hear a song, music or other sounds. Some of these will have to be interpreted in much
the same way as your symbols.

Through touch: this is when you feel something either touch you or you sense that you
are touching something.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT SOMETHING MEANS ASK FOR MORE CLARITY
WHILE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO YOUR HIGHER WISDOM IN INNOCENCE.

Note: The instruction, set-up and exercise for this step is combined with step 5 because
one flows naturally into the other.



STEP FIVE: Write Write Write Write your Wisdom in your journal (Rules) for
written intuition

A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: Written intuition is called Automatic Writing. This is because you let your pen
write without having to check what you are writing.
When writing it is important to allow yourself to receive the message as you get it. When
you do not have your thoughts on resisting the message the truth of the message will be
more easily received. Even if your first thought is I did not get anything. When this
happens I tell my students to write what they would have got if they did get something.
This works like magic because it cuts across the resistance and the student begins to use
their imagination and simply makes it up.
This step is about expanding your awareness through your intuition. It is about
abandoning the idea of having to understand intellectually. When you do this you will
immediately take yourself out of innocence and back into your head-space. Do not be
concerned that you will not remember your messages. What you need to remember you
will. The answer to this dilemma is to ask what you have forgotten or missed, receive the
message and keep writing.
Simply keep using your imagination and keep making it up. You will be very surprised
after some practice just how profound your writing will be. You are rarely disappointed
with the results because when you are in the State of Innocence using your intuition your
higher self makes sure you get the wisdom you need.
When you think you have finished writing go back into the meditation and ask for more
guidance and keep asking to gather as much insights as possible.
It is important to note that messages you receive now may not seem to make sense.
They may be for the future or you may not be ready to accept the wisdom yet. So just go
with it.

B BB B. INSTRUCTION
Days 1 to 4: Write at least for 15 minutes. Write as much as you can (some of you might
want to tape record your intuitive messages. I suggest that you only use this method if
writing is not possible for you. The reason is that the written word stays with you more
and you can look back on it more easily).
Days 5 to 7: Write as much as you want to until the energy runs out. Make sure you do
not get lazy. By this time you could be writing for up to 60 minutes or more.

C CC C. THE SET-UP
1. Turn off your mobile phone and take other phones off the hook.

2. Go to your special place in your home where you will be uninterrupted.
3. Put your Do not Disturb sign on the door for the next however long you need
4. Sit up ready to write and stay alert.
5. Have your pen and journal ready so that you can go straight into Step 5.

D DD D. THE EXERCISE
1. Set your Intention and choice for the end result. THE INTENTION FOR THIS
EXERCISE IS I AM HAPPY
2. Allow your imagination to fully explore all aspects of your State of Happiness. What
stops you from being happy and also what you need to do that will bring happiness
into your life.
3. Write all your wisdom as described in the instructions above

Rules:

1. Date your writing and write your Intention at the top of the page
2. Never doubt that you can do this.
3. Go with the first thought that comes to you and start writing.
4. Keep expanding on your thought and its associated thoughts until your
thoughts stop naturally
5. Then ask, And what else? and keep writing.
6. When you think you are completely finished with your writing go back to your
intention and ask for any more information.
7. Read it through and if more wisdom comes write that
8. Then put your writing away for review at a later date

CONSCIOUSNESS.
EIGHT: BREATHE IN, PAUSE BRIEFLY AND NOTICE ANY THOUGHTS AND
FEELINGS, THIS TIME ASK THEM TO COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED

YOU LOOK UP AHEAD OF YOU AND THERE IS A VERY BRIGHT AND
CONCENTRATED BEAM OF LIGHT FALLING DOWN ONTO YOUR PATH. AT ITS
BASE IS AN INTENSE RING OF LIGHT THAT HAS FORMED INTO A SOLID CIRCLE
OF LIGHT. THIS IS YOUR CIRCLE OF INNOCENCE. YOU STEP INTO IT. THE LIGHT
STREAMS DOWN THROUGH THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD AND FILLS EVERY PART
OF YOUR BODY. YOU FEEL YOURSELF BECOMING BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER
AND YOU ARE SENSING A VERY FINE VIBRATION THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY.
YOU ARE UNAWARE OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE LIGHT.
YOU FEEL YOUR MIND BEING CLEANSED AND EMPTIED OF ALL THOUGHTS. YOU
ARE SIMPLY SURRENDERING TO THIS FEELING OF FREEDOM AND PEACE.
YOUR WHOLE BEING IS RELAXED AND EMPTY.
YOU LOOK UPWARD AND JUST ABOVE YOUR HEAD IS A BALL OF THE MOST
INTENSE LIGHT YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. THE BALL OF LIGHT BEGINS TO
DRIFT DOWNWARDS UNTIL IT IS RESTING GENTLY ON THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD.
THEN IT SLIPS INTO THE CENTRE OF YOUR HEAD. AND YOU FEEL YOURSELF
CHANGING INTO THE PURE STATE OF BLISS. YOU ARE EMPTY, FREE OF ALL
THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND FEARS.
YOU FEEL YOURSELF BEING TOTALLY FILLED WITH INTENSE WHITE LIGHT AND
ALL SENSE OF YOUR MIND AND YOUR BODY IS GONE. YOU ARE NOW IN THE
SOURCE OF YOUR HIGHEST SELF. IN THIS SPACE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO ALL
WISDOM THROUGH ALL SPACE AND TIME. IN THIS SPACE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO
UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. YOU SIMPLY KNOW ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.
EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW IS WITHIN YOU AND YOU ARE WHOLE AND
COMPLETE. EVERYTHING COMES TO YOU EFFORTLESSLY. THERE IS NOTHING
TO DO. YOU ARE LIGHT. YOU ARE PURE WISDOM.
BECOME AWARE OF YOUR CHOICE FOR THIS EXERCISE AND SAY IT QUIETLY I
AM HAPPY BRING INTO YOUR HIGHER SELF AND ASK FOR CLEAR MESSAGES IN
RELATION TO THIS FROM YOUR HIGHER WISDOM. LET YOUR INTUITIVE NATURE
TAKE YOU WHEREVER IT NEEDS TO GO TO CREATE THE FULLNESS OF YOUR
REAL HAPPINESS WITHIN YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS. LET ALL OF IT EXIST IN YOU
WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE ANYTHING.
ALLOW YOUR FOCUS TO RELAX, FEEL YOURSELF BEING PRESENT IN YOUR

STEP SIX: Focus Focus Focus Focus on the desired outcome of your choice to
send a strong message to your subconscious that you want it
and you are ready to have it in your life.

A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: This step is about visualization and claiming your choices by imagining that it
is already part of your life.
The most powerful way to integrate something within your consciousness is to establish it
into your frame of thinking. As said before in this Program, what your mind, body and
emotions respond or react to are the messages you give to your subconscious mind.
Remember your subconscious mind says, Yes to everything. The emphasis and
attention you give to these messages will determine the degree of success a certain
message will have in becoming real for you.

The principal of the above paragraph is used to make what you want to create in your life
become a reality for you. In the meditation exercise a mind-set change is set-up so that
you can give as much focused energy to what it is you want to have in your life.

In the previous steps you have been gathering the information you need from your Higher
Wisdom to know what you want to have in your life. You have been becoming clearer and
clearer about this. Now it is time to really connect with it and make it part of you so that it
has every chance to come into your life as a real experience.

The way to make something happen for you is to acknowledge the doubts and fears you
have then and act as if you already have it. As you think so it will be.

By now, if you have followed the exercises in this Program, you will definitely be thinking
and feeling about things in a more positive way. Once you take this into your self on a
cellular level every part of you will be focused to bring it into reality.

Visualising and Embodying Your Choices
You are now ready to make new choices based on what you love and start making them
real. This is about daring to dream the ultimate dream and visualising it in all its glory.
The reason we use visualisation is that our subconscious relates much easier to symbols
than to the rational thought process. This method creates a change in your feelings and
attitude to your choice once you have made it real in your imagination. Many who do this
exercise report that they know that the choice is theirs already. They are experiencing
immediate connection.
Whatever you can imagine you can create. When you spend time fleshing out your end
result, giving it life, colour, smell, texture, size, making it as real as you can imagination
you send a very powerful message to your subconscious. When you focus on your end
result and bring your Higher Self, your true nature, into power, universal energy marshals
to support your creation. As if by magic it is manifested. Within, you have created a
supportive emotional and mental state that brings it into your physical self.

B BB B. INSTRUCTION:
Do this exercise for 7 days. Note that for larger and more important choices you need to
spend 30 minutes or until you feel complete with it.
For other choices you might take a shorter time. However, it is important not to cut this
process short because it is by allowing a full expression of your imagination that you will
make the outcome happen.
As you get more adept at visualisation and Acting as If you already have it, you will make
this process shorter and easier. Also your choices will tend to happen much quicker than
you thought possible.

STEP SEVEN: Check Check Check Check your progress.
A AA A. THE WISDOM BEHIND THE EXERCISE
Definition: This step is about checking in on your progress and seeing how your wisdom
is supporting you to create your choice.
You will find that after you have completed doing all of the exercises and written as
directed in your journal that you will have recorded a fair amount of wisdom. It is very
useful to put it aside and revisit it in about 3 to 4 weeks time.
This revisit will show you what has happened in relation to your choices and also may
alert you to more choices you want to make in relation to these.
Remember that creating your choices is an on-going process. As you follow your wisdom
more and more you will become more addicted to it. Your life will be flowing into more
and more experiences that you have made happen the way you want them to be. The
secret is that now you are creating with awareness. You also have tools and techniques
that make your experiences more in line with what you would love to have in your life.
You have trained your consciousness into supporting you to be a powerful aware
creator of your life.

1. Until your choice is manifested do Part One of the exercise Formal Choice to
Receive each morning.
2. Read your journal entries in approximately 3 weeks from time of writing. This serves
three purposes:
To check on how your powers of manifestation are progressing.
To bring focus back on your choices if they have not yet fully manifested
To raise any further clarification you may want to bring to your choices.
4. It is recommended that you revisit your wisdom whenever you have completed a
manifestation of your choices. This reinforces your wisdom and keeps the momentum
growing in you.

1. Put your Do not Disturb sign on the door for the next however long you need
2. Turn off your mobile phone and take other phones off the hook.

3. Go to your special place in your home where you will be uninterrupted.
4. Sit up ready to write and stay alert.
5. Have your pen and journal ready.

3. Write further wisdom as you go (dont forget to date it). You will find that as you
revisit your wisdom and connect back into it more wisdom usually comes.

THE VARIOUS AROMAS IN YOUR FOREST. YOU CAN TOUCH THE PLANTS
AND FEEL THE BREEZE ON YOUR SKIN. REALLY EXPLORE YOUR FOREST
AND NOTICE ALL THAT IS AROUND YOU. BECOME PART OF IT
PAUSE FOR APPROX 2 MINUTES
LET YOUR FEET FALL EASILY ALONG THE FOREST PATH. WHILE YOU

YOU LOOK UP AHEAD OF YOU AND THERE IS A VERY BRIGHT AND
CONCENTRATED BEAM OF LIGHT FALLING DOWN ONTO YOUR PATH. AT
ITS BASE IS AN INTENSE RING OF LIGHT THAT HAS FORMED INTO A
SOLID CIRCLE OF LIGHT. THIS IS YOUR CIRCLE OF INNOCENCE. YOU
STEP INTO IT. THE LIGHT STREAMS DOWN THROUGH THE TOP OF YOUR
HEAD AND FILLS EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. YOU FEEL YOURSELF
BECOMING BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER AND YOU ARE SENSING A VERY
FINE VIBRATION THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY. YOU ARE UNAWARE OF
ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE LIGHT.
YOU FEEL YOUR MIND BEING CLEANSED AND EMPTIED OF ALL
THOUGHTS. YOU ARE SIMPLY SURRENDERING TO THIS FEELING OF
