Director of Marketing Strategy - New York, NY: The Director of Marketing


Strategy will work closely with the VP, Marketing to lay the foundation and educate

The Manager of Merchandizing systems is responsible for defining the system
requirements, technical specification and completing the required PMO
documentation for all approved projects or service requests. The Manager may be
assigned as project lead on major systems development projects. In that role, the

Systems Engineer – Milford, CT (3rd Shift)


This position is a key member of the Enterprise Services Group, working the third
shift (11PM to 7AM) in our Milford CT, Data Center, who is responsible for Active
Directory and Exchange administration, monitoring, ongoing Active Directory and
Exchange analysis and troubleshooting consistent with service delivery requirements.
The Candidate must have working knowledge, skills and ability to manage Enterprise
Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains and provide system administration and
technical support for a distributed Exchange 2003 implementation. The candidate will
be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and managing
Microsoft Windows 2003 servers and work independently under general supervision
to provide solutions utilizing standard messaging and directory products and
services. The candidate will also be required to development and maintain detailed
documentation, and be comfortable handling all levels of Exchange
administration/engineering tasks and troubleshooting complex mail routing issues
throughout the Enterprise. In addition, the candidate must have extensive knowledge
in the following areas: Windows 2003 domains, Microsoft Clustering, antivirus

Product Knowledge is supports the production and implementation of product

Senior Web Designer, New York, NY: The Senior Web Designer is responsible for

Store Planning Manager, New York, NY: The Store Planning Manager is
responsible for the research, preliminary design and project reference checking that
is involved with the layout of a new store. The manager will be working across all
three divisions of Ann Taylor, Stores, LOFT and Factory, and will be responsible for
leading a small team of Store Planners and Designers. Other responsibilities include
presenting preliminary designs at the bi-monthly Executive and Visual meetings and

This position will support the Executive Vice President of Human Resources with the
long-term design of benefit plans and strategy. In addition this position will be
responsible for overseeing the daily operation and coordination of employee benefits
plans, activities and services and oversees that each benefit plan is administered
effectively and in compliance with various laws and regulations. These plans include:
Medical, Dental, FSA, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), Pension, Stock Discount and
