Business Planner
As our Business Planner, you’ll act as the business partner and planning resource for US Sales and Retailer organizations. You’ll
provide fact-based analysis to drive sales and profit for both Nike and the retailer; recommend action steps and influence key
processes at each phase to maximize opportunities and minimize risks; and provide retailer information to assist an account team in
the Go-to-Market process. You’ll assist Sales Manager in the preparation and coordination of senior management meetings and
provide retailer information for use in Nike macro growth plans. You’ll also collaborate with the account team in aligning the product
assortment and retailer sales/margin/turn goals. You’ll provide selling data from current and previous seasons to assist the account
team in assortment planning by door/gender/category/class for the Nike Brand. You’ll evaluate retailer open-to-buy versus Nike sales
goals; provide opportunities and communicate discrepancies; and evaluate future inventories versus Nike managed space capacity.
You’ll share best practices with Account Executives, Sales Managers, Business Planners and key internal/external partners; acquire,
analyze and store in-season selling data for the purpose of creating action plans needed to positively influence Nike and the retailer’s
business; and gather vendor information from account sources. You’ll generate exception reports on sales and inventory and make
recommendations to the account team on at-once orders, auto replenishment, product transfers, markdowns and cancellations to
communicate to the retailer. You’ll also track retail sales on product initiatives and marketing investments to create fact-based analysis
used in future planning, forecasting and return on investment for both Nike and the retailer. You’ll collaborate with retail counterparts
to manage sales/inventory plans that yield maximum sales and profits for Nike and the retailer. You’ll create bottoms-up bi-
annual/seasonal plans by gender or category; facilitate internal and external agreement on plans; and communicate final plans to all of
the involved parties. You’ll participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with account to spur actions on exceptions. You’ll
coordinate product distributions with the retailer’s planners/allocations. You’ll ensure that receipts match business needs to optimize
sales, profits and stock turn at the door and total company level. This opportunity also involves participating in Nike Sales meetings,
account meetings and market travel to gather first-hand knowledge on product direction and competitive landscape. In addition, you’ll
transform learning’s into business advantage for Nike and the retailer.

Senior Compensation Analyst
As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll actively participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of Nike's
compensation program. You'll provide advanced level consulting and analysis on total compensation elements to our HR and Line
Management teams. You'll also provide recommendations that balance fairness and equity with cost effectiveness for Nike; conduct
job analysis and evaluations, assess internal and external comparisons, create competitive market zones, adhere to FLSA (Federal
Labor Standards Act) legislation, advocate wage and hour requirements, and make band and salary recommendations; participate in
the assessment of Nike's stock option programs and eligibility for participation; and develop guidelines and education materials that
adhere to statutory requirements and are global yet locally relevant. This opportunity also involves providing consultation on
compensation packages for new hires and internal transfers as needed.
HR Manager
As our Human Resources Manager you'll provide human resources leadership, expertise and consulting to department leaders to
maximize organization effectiveness. You’ll partner with the business on organizational design issues, leadership and team
development, succession planning, change management and training. You’ll leverage and facilitate Human Resources (HR) shared
services resources and functional expertise as appropriate and participate in the annual business planning process. You’ll participate
in the Nike HR Planning (HRP) process to assess talent, identify development needs, track development plan execution and create
succession plans for the respective client groups. You’ll ensure diversity initiatives are represented and the achievement of annual

As our Staff Analyst, you’ll provide analysis and administration within Nike's AP, AR/Cash Claims, Retail Inventory and Sales Audit
Accounting groups. You'll provide reviews and interpret financial results. You’ll have an understanding of financial systems and data
elements, as well as producing management reporting and analytical tools. You’ll research and identify financial implications of
business decisions, verify daily transactions, financial activity that are recorded in accordance with accounting/ finance policy,
research financial anomalies and makes corrections as necessary. In addition, you’ll be responsible to work on special projects as
assigned, participate in the monthly financial statement close for assigned entity, division, profit center or cost center.
As our Financial Analyst - Asia Pacific Region, you’ll participate in the preparation and distribution of timely and insightful financial
analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against the strategic plan, budget and forecast. You’ll understand financial
systems and data elements and participate in the interpretation and reviewing of financial results within an assigned area of
responsibility. You’ll produce relevant management reporting and analytical tools in order to verify that financial activity is recorded
in accordance with GAAP; monitor monthly progress against budgets/targets, and work with managers to ensure accountability; and
assist in the preparation of capital budgets considering long-term perspective on impact to profitability and returns on capital
deployed. You’ll also provide analysis to help ensure efficient and effective use of working capital and monitor appropriate metrics
focused on balance sheet and free cash flow (such as CACC, ROIC). You’ll generate budgets that incorporate strategic business plan
objectives and incorporate appropriate assumptions in order to train business managers on budgeting process, budget development and
changing strategic objectives within the area of responsibility. You’ll also participate in the monthly forecasting process for assigned
division, category, gender group or cost center and integrate input from business managers and review assumptions in light of current
business conditions and market indicators and will review forecast assumptions with the Finance Manager and/or with business
managers. You’ll participate in the Performance Management team’s support of the Corporate and Region Controlling Team’s ultimate
responsibility for the integrity of the financial statements (management and statutory) and compliance with US GAAP. You’ll monitor
and analyze that accounts are properly stated and classified, work with Region’s Controlling Leadership team on the documentation of
Corporate and Region accounting policies and procedures. In addition, you’ll work with Corporate Audit and the Region’s
Controlling team to recommend improvements to internal controls.

Director of Finance
There is an immediate opening for a Director of Finance at our growing distribution operation in Memphis, TN. You'll anticipate key
marketplace, develop business plans, budget, performance targets and policies. Direct the preparation of financial analysis of pertinent
information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast, and ensure integrity of financial statements. Interpret
and review financial and operational results with executive management (VP level). Ensure the organization is in compliance with
Sarbanes-Oxley. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field with emphasis in Finance and Accounting
along with 10 yrs of experience in Finance/Accounting and 5 yrs people management and leadership experience. Must have
knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, economic profit analysis and GAAP.
