Cases The Great short Term Recession & Its impact on share Market
a) Role of Textbook, Lectures, Class Notes and Power Point Presentations: The text book (not the only book referred) covers the basic material in the course. Some of the textbook material is sufficiently straightforward that I will expect you to learn it solely from reading the textbook. The assigned problems or cases will be discussed in class during the indicated class session. Therefore, you should be familiar with these problems prior to coming to class. b) A Combination of Lecture/PPTs/Brain Storming/Interactive Sessions/Case Studies/Activity/Assignment c) Home Work i) Assignment ii) Useful and current topics from Business Magazines/Management Journals iii) Case Studies: Think, Collect and bring to the Class for discussion 1. Assessment Evidence for all learning outcomes will be in the form of Internal Unit Tests/End Semester Examination and a single written assignment. The assignment can be at overall level or at outcome level; opportunity exists to cover more than one outcome in an assignment. This will be dependent on the business issue under analysis.
