The complexities of order management continue to increase. Some Communications Service Providers (CSPs) rely on a mix of order entry mechanisms, process flows, and order engines which not only adds to the confusion, but also makes end-to-end workflow integration nearly impossible. Adding new services often requires major changes and a great deal of expensive customization of the order management systems.
