Job Description:
Working in Research & Analytics vertical. At WNS I work for worlds leading Technology research & consulting organisation. My main role is to conduct Business Research/Market Research for Information and communication technology domain (ICT) and provide detailed report on client query. Product and technology analysis offered by IT & Telecom companies worldwide. Tracking key developments in telecom sector such as; IMS contracts, Wimax technology, 3G, 4G spectrum, IPTV etc. Tracking major Carrier service providers (CSPs), Telecom Infrastructure providers and Manufacturers of telecom equipment. Company level Analysis, Country Analysis. (Business Environment Analysis, SWOT, Porters five force model, BCG Matrix etc) Trend, Statistics and financial specific analysis to Geography, Industry and Technology. Country profiling for specific industry and business opportunities, Analyzing company strategy and Current state of business. Analyzing existing and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities;
Respond to request of client with acknowledgement communication, Scoping of projects and established communication with Client. Research Modelling and research strategy planning. Effort Estimation of Project. Meeting the deadline and deliver quality work. Project management ( only for those projects where assigned as PM) Client management.
