Forsaking the Great Omission 7/29/04 Delivered at the 4th annual UONYC One Yisrael Knowing YHWH Conference Isaiah 44:8 Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? Ye are even my witnesses. Preach-Kara in Hebrew Strongs #7121-To call out- (to establish a kahal), to utter a loud sound and cry out in the NAME of YHWH, to summon, invite, bid, reason, call by name, call out for the chosen! This word alone is used 2,847 times in the Tanach! YHWH saw this activity as an inheritance to His chosen alone! The traditional name for the Gospels in the Aramaic Peshitta is KARA-ZUTHA. What makes this one interesting that just as KARA-ZUTHA/KIRAZ means preaching it is also used as a synonym for Gospel in the NT! In the Aramaic Tanach, the word used for preach is the eventual word used to describe the gospel itself in the Renewed Covenant- KARA-ZUTHA. Meaning preaching/evangelizing was a Hebraic Semitic concept at its inception! Greek #2784-Kerrusso-To herald and publish and proclaim openly on behalf of royalty with royal authority. To publish a message that must be obeyed! Used 647 times in Renewed Covenant. Being Their Own Witness All false religions evangelize with their false message. If they did not, they would not be able to continue and would cease to exist. They all recognize the need for some sort of evangelism. To evangelize means to instruct in the besarot to preach the besarot. Sadly many have associated evangelism with conversion to Christianity. They perceive it to be a Christian calling, or a behavior invented by Christians. Sadly many in the Nazarene movement by and large have fallen prey to a different calling, which is a call to cease and desist from proclaiming the good news of the kingdom. Many of us have come to believe that its not cool, or its too churchy to preach the good news. While many have fallen to this deception, false evangelism goes on unchecked without their adherents having any feeling of guilt or remorse for doing so! Isaiah 44:9 says: and their delectable things shall not profit; and [for] they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed. Exodus 23:1 Thou shall not raise a false report: put not your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. The word

does not teach that we should not raise up a true report! It simply warns us that our report must be true when it is raised up! Lets look at prevalent and prominent false evangelism and witnessing going on today that turns us off! Islam peaches an evangelism that leaves no unbelievers. They will either accept Mohammeds message or die! They dont stop their efforts because Christians also evangelize! Do they? Traditional Judaism increasingly evangelizes with such projects as mitzvahmobiles and Chanukah outreaches to both Jewish and non-Jewish communities in order to gain new converts. The problem with their message is that Moshiach Yahhsua is not proclaimed. Matthew 23:31 Yahshua said of their evangelism, Wherefore you are witnesses for and about yourselves, Yahshua spoke of this further in Matt 23 13& 15. He rebukes their message BUT NOT THEIR CONCEPT OF SPREADING THE TORAH BY THE EVAGELISM of the nations in other lands and across seas! Christianity proclaims a message void of Torah and highly offensive to YHWH and His Son, in that it is at the core anti-nomian dilemma. According to Isaiah 8:19-20 asking Christians to impart true abundant life is impossible, since its asking those who are dead to Torah observance for life. Christianity in all branches spreads a false besarot as Isaiah warns that the ONE true message must contain two elements. The TORAH AND THE TESTIMONY. The Torah and the witness of the resurrection. If evangelism goes on with either of these two core elements missing, Yahshua says it is BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIGHT IN THEM OR THEIR MESSAGE!!! Isaiah 8:20 Luke 11:52. So What Are Netsarim to Do? We are to evangelize with the true message of resurrection witness and Torah compliance is A KEY SIGN THAT WE ARE YISRAEL. We are to line up our message with that of Isaiah 8:20! Rev. 14:12 tells us that this is the only true message and believer that will endure! Lets go a step further. If you refuse to evangelize thinking that its too churchy, or that it was an invention of popery, then youve fallen prey into a joyless trap, where we cannot possibly obey YHWH nor show our separation from the olam. Acts 15:21 For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath day. Old time Hebrews EVANGELLIZED BY PREACHING! Ecclesiastes 1:1-2 THE PREACHER SOLOMON PREACHED YHWHs message to the kings and nations of the earth who heard him! Proverbs 14:25 A true witness delivers souls: but a deceitful witness speaks lies.

Exodus 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words, which thou shall speak unto the children of Israel. Yahshua confirms this in the Great Sending Forth [or COMMISION as opposed to the error of far too many messianics and their GREAT OMMISSION!] in Matt. 28:19 where he commands and COMMISSIONS His talmidim to make other talmidim in the nations in His Name. This is the witness of the resurrection in and by His Name! Then in verse 20 since the witness is proclaimed the new Yisraelites are then to be discipled in Torah as we evangelize them to shomer all of Yahshua' commandments, which by definition must s be His Father' commandments for they are Echad! Since Yahshua is the Light of the s world (John 8:12) His message must be the fullness of Light. We must overcome error and deception with truth. The deception has begun to work in our minds that if we are evangelize with the good news that we are becoming like Christians, or acting like Christians, and we are not doing the Jewish thing, or Hebraic thing, which would call for us to lay low and hold our shalom, rather than reach out with the Isaiah 8:20 message. The truth of the matter however was that it was Yisrael that was supposed to evangelize the entire world to YHWH in both covenants with the same Hebraic message and when we evangelize with the right message and the right goal, we are being more Yisraelite than if we fail to evangelize. Failure to evangelize makes us unlike Yahshua and unlike the 1st century Nazarenes! Proverbs 21:28 A false witness shall perish: but the man that hears [from YHWH] speaks constantly. Acts 1:8 But you [Yisrael] shall receive power, after that the Ruach HaKodesh is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost parts of the earth. Acts 2:22 Men of Yisrael; v. 32 WE ARE ALL WITNESSES Acts 13:31 and he was seen many days of them, which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people [of Yisrael]. Isaiah 40:9-11 Yahweh desires to remove the fear of evangelism from Renewed Covenant Yisrael. He wants to do so by reminding and revealing to us all that it is the Hebraic road traveled by all Yisrael before us! All generations of Yisraelites evangelized for YHWH. Isaiah 43:10-12

The question therefore is not should we evangelize but are we prepared and are we evangelizing with Yahshua' message, or with a message tainted by either Judah or s Ephraims errors? As youll see, all Yisraelites are called to evangelize though they may not be called to be evangelists, which is a specialized office and endowment like Timtheous. Isaiah 61:1 Yahshua was a preacher/ Hebrew a shalach or sholiach. In order to follow His command and example, we must also be sent out by His Father, as was He! With His message. Same commission, same message! What disqualifies us as Yisrael is carrying the wrong message, not the act of evangelism itself! If we dont evangelize at all, how are people going to be saved and how are they going to learn a love for Torah keeping? Acts 5:42 Jews preached Yahshua in the Temple not in church. Acts 10:42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he, which was ordained of YHWH to be the Judge of quick and dead Romans 10:8 Romans 10:15 (Preaching the good news is a beautiful thing and calling and we have let the modern messianic movement in many cases steal that beauty and the joy that comes with it! 1 Corinthians 1:17 or we have been called to share the Torah and blood not to sit in a room for a week learning how to make gefilte fish and be more Jewish than the Jews! In Corinthians 9:16 there is judgment for those who trade in true kosher evangelism for lighting Shabbat candles in its stead! 2 Corinthians 4:5, we MUST proclaim Yahshua not ourselves or our culture before Yahshua! Preach Yahshua in His proper culture but not culture above Yahshua! Colossians 1:28 warning and teaching biblical proclaiming = witness + Torah. Leviticus 23:2 &4 &37 Yisrael was to proclaim KARA and preach the MOADIM!!!!!!!!!!! To all nations INCLUDING STRANGERS AND FOREIGNERS! Proverbs 11:30 Yisraelites who win souls are wise and full of Torah. Leviticus 25:10 We were to preach liberty to all YisraelHow much more the liberty of Moshiach to all Yisrael! Isaiah 61:1 proclaim liberty to Yisraels sin-filled captives Isaiah 61:2. Isaiah 62:11 Ephesians 4:11 Exodus 9:16 YHWH wanted his Name evangelized and proclaimed throughout all the earth through Yisrael. Psalm 8:9 Yisrael was to proclaim Him in all the earth, Psalm 19:4 The line of Yisrael was to go into all the earth, Psalm 65:5 Psalm 66:4 Psalm 67:2 Psalm 98:3 Isaiah 11:12 Psalm 108:3 Psalm 117:1

Nehemiah 6:7, Jonah 3:2, Matthew 10:27, Mark 3:14, Mark 16:15, Luke 9:2, Luke 9:60 Acts 5:42 [notice-teach and preach- Torah and resurrection of Yahshua] Acts 10:42, Acts 17:3 proclaiming in the synagogue. Yisraelites PROCLAIM TO JEWS IN THE SYNAGOGUES WITHOUT FEAR!!!! Sefer Yashar-Noach evangelized Avraham- Chapter 9:5 And Avraham came out from the cave and went to Noach and his son Shem and he remained with them to learn the Torah of YHWH and His halachot. 24:17 Avraham sent away his son Yitzchak [to be evangelized] to learn the halachot of YHWH and His Torot. 55:35 Yaakov evangelized his sons and grandsons! Ephraim and Manasseh remained constantly in the house of Yaakov together with the children of the sons of Yaakov their brothers, to learn the halalchot of YHWH and His Torah. YISRAELITES HAVE ALWAYS PROSLEYTIZED FOR YHWH AND WE OUGH NOT STOP NOW BECAUSE OF INCORRECT MESSIANIC THEOLOGY! Close- Talmud says that He that saves a single soul saves the world! Also Rambam states: Be of the disciples of Aaron: one who loves peace, pursues peace, loves YHWH's creatures and draws them close to Torah (Ethics of the Fathers 1:12) Rambam's Sefer HaMitzvot says: The sages say this command [the Shema] also includes an obligation to call upon all mankind to serve Him and to have faith in Him. For just as you praise and extol anyone you love, and call upon others also to love him, so, if you love YHWH to the extent of the conception of His true nature to which you have attained, you will undoubtedly call upon the foolish and ignorant to seek knowledge of the Truth which you have already acquired. As the Sifre [on the Shema] and thou shall love YHWH your Elohim; this means that you should make Him beloved of man as Avraham your father did, as it is said, And the souls that had begotten in Haran (Gen.12: 5); That is to say, just as Avraham, being a lover of YHWH- as the Scripture testifies, Avraham My friend [Is.41: 8]by the power of his conception of Elohim and out of his great love for Him, summoned mankind to believe, you too must so love Him as to summon mankind to Him. -Maimondes: The Commandments, translated by Charles B. Chavel, Vol.1, Mitzvot 3, page 5 The salvation and desire to reach the world was the way YHWH ordained Yisraelites to walk! That has never changed. Its is not up to us to stop evangelizing, but rather to get other groups who do evangelize to change their message, by our evangelism to them, and also to adjust our message to fit that of the 1st century Nazarenes! When you evangelize with the kosher message of Scripture, you by your behavior and message separate yourselves from all false religions, false messages, false witnesses, and false forms of evangelism. That separation becomes one more clear sign that you are Yisrael!

A separated nation does in fact evangelize and by that act of obedience show ourselves once again to be Yisrael!!
