This post will be updated regularly, and will inform you about the TIT (Tiny Intrusion Team) raiding team, and let you know what (if any) open spots we have on the team. GOAL It is our goal to be on par with the best 10 man raid teams on the server, before the next expansion of the game is implemented, so that we have a chance to compete with the best teams at that point in time. RAIDING DAYS AND TIMES TIT raids 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday Raid times: All raids start at 20.00 server time, and last to between 22.15 and 23.00 On top of these set days, we may do optional raid days/times, if enough people on the team want it a particular week. TEAM MEMBER REQUIREMENTS & GUARANTEES TIT does NOT have bench members - all members are treated equally. All members of TIT are guaranteed minimum 2 raids a week, barring unforeseen circumstances (like if all sign up for the same 2 days ;)). All members are required to be available for at least 2 raids a week. All members are guaranteed a run at bosses we have on farm status at least every 2nd week. Raid dates will be made public on the in-game calendar at least 2 weeks in advance. The raid leader will confirm members for each raid at least 3 days in advance. The raid leader will rotate members from week to week, to ensure all above guarantees are fulfilled. All members are expected to max out their Valor Points every week, until such time as no more Valor gear is an upgrade for you (including benefits from 4 sets being better than 4 dropped items).
