PREFACE There is a well- known prove that Practice make a man perfect with out practice man can not be perfect in work. Managerial know how you can get from the books while for practical knowledge have to go for industrial training.

India is developing country and the biggest portion of whole population is middle class family and this may be the reason that makes India as the largest producer and consumer of three wheelers. The 3-wheelers are mostly used in the rural and urban areas for public transportation. ATUL AUTO LTD. is one of the major and well known in manufacturer of three-wheelers in the western region of our country.

Practical training is a part of M.B.A. So I have to pass through training in any company. Regarding that I got chance to work with the ATUL AUTO LTD. for a week. The basic aim behind this project was to experience the environment of work performed by the managerial perspective thereof.

I have mentioned all the information, which I have collected and observed during my training. It is a great pleasure to present this report work, training in this unit has helped me to gain lots of practical knowledge which I am sure would benefit me in future.
