Concordance is a full text litigation document management tool. In order to view scanned TIFF images side by side with the document text, a companion image viewer is required. This document will walk you through how to set up Concordance Image to work with Concordance. Once youve completed this process, users will be able to automatically open document images by clicking the camera button in Concordance.
3. Click the Scan button to load the images into the DIR. 4. Once the images are scanned into the DIR file, confirm that they show up correctly by moving to the Edit tab in Imagebase Management. Your images will be listed under File, but there should be nothing under Alias. 4. Press the Open button. You will be prompted to create the new file. Select Yes.
3. Once the field is created, click OK. (This will return you to Concordance.) 4. Go to Documents > Import >Delimited text 5. Follow the Import Wizard as normal, but be sure to alter the Format to use the Comma delimited option. (See above.) 6. After the CSV file is loaded, the TIFF image review database will be ready to use. NOTE: Use of this document to create a database from images only will grant the ability to view the images in alphabetical order according to the file name. Page breaks must be manually entered based on the administrators opinion of where they belong. Also, it is possible that the images may not be in the expected order, depending on the naming convention of the file.
