my minor child, if any, that participating in Ocean Conservancys International Coastal Cleanup involves potential risk of injury, including slipping and falling into a body of water, cutting yourself with sharp objects of litter, exposure to natural elements such as heat, foliage and wildlife. I/we agree to wear the gloves provided by Ocean Conservancy and to adhere to all of its instructions. I/we also agree that I/we will participate in this event solely on land and not via a water vessel such as a boat, canoe or kayak. On behalf of myself and my minor child, if any, I do hereby release and forever discharge Ocean Conservancy and its officers, trustees, employees, agents, servants and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, expenses, injuries to person(s) or property sustained or incurred in connection with, or as a result of my participation in, the aforementioned event. I agree to hold the Ocean Conservancy wholly harmless for any and all liability, loss, expense, or damage it may incur by virtue of allowing me to participate in the aforementioned event. Photo Release: As a participant, or parent or guardian of a participant in the International Coastal Cleanup, and by signing this release I hereby give Ocean Conservancy and the Photographer / Filmmaker and Assigns my permission to take pictures/video (the Content) of me and my minor child, if any, and to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified. I am eighteen years of age or older, and, if acting on behalf of a minor, have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard.
