Flower Key Cozy Crochet Pattern

Materials:
I have used : - 3.00 mm hook - 4 ply yarn (black, red and yellow) - Key ring - White 4 mm bead for decorating flower - Tapestry needle - Sewing needle and thread for attaching bead

Size: wide 2.5 inches, tall 3.5 inches.

Abbreviations:
ch = chain sc = single crochet st = stitch sl = slip rnd = round tog = together dc = double crochet Note: This project is working in continuous rounds, do not join or turn unless otherwise stated. Mark first stitch of each round.

Body:
Rnd 1: With black. Ch 5, join to form a ring, ch1, 6 sc in a ring. (6) Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around. (12) Rnd 3: (Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) around. (18) Rnd 4: (Sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st) around. (24) Rnd 5: (2 sc in next st, sc in next 3 sts) around. (30) Rnd 6-24: Sc in each st around, join with sl st to first st, fasten off.

Flower:
Rnd 1: With yellow. Ch 4, join to form a ring, ch1, 12 sc in a ring, changing to red in last 2 loops of last st. (12) Rnd 2: (Sc in next st, ch 2, 4 dc in next st, ch 2) 6 times, join with sl st to first st, fasten off. Sew flower on body with white bead in the middle, as shown in picture.

Strap: With red. Ch 40, sc in second chain from hook,

sc in each ch across, leave long end for sewing, fasten off. (39) Put strap through the key ring, sew both ends together as shown in picture. Put strap through the hole at top of body.

Small circle (make 2):

Rnd 1: With red. Ch 2, 6 sc in a ring. (6) Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around. (12) Rnd 3: (Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) around, join with sl st to first st, fasten off. (18)

Finishing:
Sew strap on one circle, put the other circle on top and sew them together.
