Head to head format. Schedule will be random. B. Passing: Every 1 passing yard = .04 points (1 point for every 25 yards) TD Pass = 4 Points 2pt Passing Conversion = 2 points Interceptions = -2 points C. Rushing: Every one rushing yard = .1 points (1 point for every 10 yards) Rushing TD = 6 points 2pt Conversion = 2 points D. Receiving: Every one receiving yard = .1 points (1 point for every 10 yards) Receiving TD = 6 points 2pt Conversion = 2 points E. Miscellaneous: Kickoff Return TD = 6 Fumble Return TD = 6 Punt Return TD = 6 Fumble Lost = -2 F. Playoffs A. The two-round playoffs will take place during weeks 14, 15, 16, and 17. B. Seeding is based on the four best regular season records. Each division is n ot guaranteed a playoff berth. Tiebreakers will be determined by total points for. Playoff seedings are not debatable. IV. Draft A. Draft Process 1. The draft order will be determined by a random drawing every season. 2. Once the draft order is determined, the draft order will be in snake format (1s t pick in round 1, has last pick in round 2, and so forth). 3. The draft date will be determined by the commissioner and must take place wit hin two weeks of the opening game. 4. The draft will be performed online or in person based on a majority vote. 5. The draft will be 16 rounds. 6. A draft clock will be used upon request. 90 seconds per pick. 4 votes minimu m required. B. Keepers 1. Eligible keepers must be drafted, after the third round and must have been on the retaining teams roster at the conclusion of last seasonPlayers drafted in th e first 3 rounds of a draft can not be kept in the following season. ers that were originally drafted after round 3 by one team, may be kept by the a cquiring team. 2. Each franchise can keep a maximum of two players from the previous years roste r, but is not required to keeper any players. 3. Any new franchise has the option to adopt an existing and unclaimed franchises r oster and retain eligible keepers for the new season. 4. Keepers must be officially announced 48 hours before the schedule draft time. VII. Waivers 1. Each team can keep from 0-3 players from their previous end-of-season roster 2. 3. For each player that is kept (and was originally drafted by a team), that man ager must give up a draft pick 2 picks higher than where the player was initiall y drafted the year before 4. Any player that went undrafted the previous year, but is being kept, will cou nt as a team s 3rd to last draft pick 5. If you do not have a draft pick for a round to give up to keep a player, you must give up the next higher pick VIII. Trades A. Trades will be allowed from the beginning of the off-season to the Tuesday af ter Week 12 at 12:00 pm EST. B. Each franchise owner has the right to vote against any trade if they believe it to be unfair. C. If a trade is overturned, the franchises involved in the trade have the right to request a roll call of who voted against the trade. Those franchises that vo ted against the trade will then be required to state the reasoning behind their vote within two days. At this point, a discussion period of up to one week is to take place during which the validity of the trade will be reviewed. At the conc lusion of the review period or when both sides feel they have stated their case, a second vote will take place. Each franchise owner (except for those involved in the trade) will be required to vote again. Votes not submitted within two day s or votes from vetoing members who failed to supply an explanation of their vet o in the time required will be assumed as votes for the trade. A majority decision is necessary to win the vote. In the event of a tie, the league commissioner wi ll decide the fate of the trade. D. Offseason trades involving draft picks and keepers are allowed as long as the y do not receive majority objection from the current league members at that time of the trade. IX. Regular Season A. The season schedule will be generated automatically by your league service ba sed on the divisions. B. All franchises are responsible to make sure their lineups are updated before kickoff of the first game of the week. No exceptions will be made. C. In the event of a computer failure prior to the start of a given weeks games, a franchise owner must contact the commissioner prior to kickoff of the first ga me and inform of him of the situation and the subsequent lineup change(s). If th e commissioner receives the lineup change(s) in a timely manner, the change(s) w ill be made. The commissioner must then post notification of the manual lineup c hange(s) on the message board and/or contact the opposing franchise owner via ph one/email within one hour of the start of the first game of said week. D. The regular season will end after the completion of week 13. X. Playoffs XI. Payouts Payouts for the pot will be made as follows: 1st Place 75% 2nd Place 25% XII. Amendments A. All amendments proposed by league members must receive majority vote for appr oval.

B. All amendments proposed during the season will be reviewed at the end of the current season and not be made applicable to the current season.
