Elaborate Charm Necklace Tatting Pattern

By Anika Nassar

Needed: Shuttle and ball Charm Necessary Necklace findings Paper clip
This pattern is very simple and can be completed in a couple afternoons. It is recommended that the piece be starched and then stiffened with a glue mixture, then any charm added. For the square motifs, since they will only be chains, it is only necessary to wind up around 6 with an adequate length of thread to work with and hide. A small drop of glue should be put over knots for security. Square motif: Paper clip.
