Intended use This mini-dil is intended for driling, milling, en- graving, polishing, cleaning, grinding, cuting of wood, metal, plastics, ceramics and stone in dry rooms. A) Connect the appliance to the power supply by inserting the power plug into the socket. # Push the ON/OFF switch @)to a position between "5000" and "20000" Switching off: 4 Push the ON/OFF switch @ to the "OFF" position Using the grip ring with LED light 4 Hold down the spindle lock @d screw the tensioning nut @nticlockwise off the thread. 4 Release the spindle lock @. 4 Thon screw the grip ring @ anticlockwise off the thread 4 Scrow the grip ring with LED @ clockwise onto the screw thread. 4 Hold down the spindle lock @and screw the tensioning nut @lockwise onto the thread, 4 Release the spindle lock @. Move the ON/OFF switch of the LED light @ to the position "0" to switch it off again. 4 Proceed in reverse order to replace the grip ting O. Notes on material processing/tools/ speed range Use the milling bits. @r working on steel and iron at maximum speed. Calculate the rotational speed range for work- ing on zinc, zinc alloys, aluminium, copper and lead by trying it out on test pieces. Use a low rotational speed for work on plastics ‘and materials with a low melting point Use a high rotational speed for working on wood. Carry out cleaning, polishing and buffing work in the middle range. The following are recommendations only and not binding.
