Chapter 02
02. Background
2.1 Lean Management Lean manufacturing or lean production, often simply, "Lean," is a production practice that considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and thus a target for elimination. Working from the perspective of the customer who consumes a product or service, "value" is defined as any action or process that a customer would be willing to pay for. (Wikipedia.)

2.2 Genba Shugi There is no neat and easy way to convey the meaning of the word genba in English; there is no exact parallel. Some sort of phrase is always required. One possible way to do it is to simply say the plant floor or the manufacturing line, which emphasizes the sense of genba as the place where the actual production work is taking place. If the company is a service industry, the genba might be where employees are interacting directly with customers. (Internet)

Chapter 03
03. Methodology
The methods which I had been use to collect information is interview recruitment officers and use bumphs about the company. Not only that I had face to face interviews with the recruitment officer as well. So this approach helped me to collect information in the form of direct personal investigations; structured interview was carried out to find the status and causes of the situation as well. At the same time by getting involved in some of the activities which were in the recruitment process, I able to get the real essence in the practicing system as well.
