Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications: First Class Master OR its equivalent degree from HEC recognized institute in Management/ Social Sciences. Experience: ten years of working experience in Government or Corporate Sectors preferably in administration at Managerial Level.

Manager Research Operations (BS-19)

Ph.D from HEC recognized University/Institution OR M.Sc/MBA from HEC recognized University alongwith 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Manager Industrial Linkage (BS-19)

Ph.D from HEC recognized University/Institution OR M.Sc/MBA from HEC recognized University alongwith 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Deputy Director/Assistant Professor (Directorate of Advanced Studies) (BS-19)

Qualifications: Ph.D from HEC recognized University/Institution.

OR Masters Degree (Foreign) OR M.Phil (Pakistan) OR equivalent degrees awarded after 18 years of education as determined by HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution alongwith 4 years Teaching/Research experience in a recognized University OR a Post-Graduation Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.

Deputy Registrar BS 18 (Treasurer)

Qualifications: At least Second Class Bachelors degree from a recognized University. Experience: Seven years office experience (including at least three years experience in Grade-17) in a University or Educational Institution or Government or Semi-Government Organization. OR Qualifications: First Class M.Sc/M.A/MBA degree from a recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in his/her academic career. Experience: Five years experience in the establishment/ administration in any University or Government/Semi-Government Organization in BPS-17 or above.

Deputy Director UIIT (BS-18)

Qualifications: M.Sc/B.Sc (Hons.) Computer Sciences / BS (CS) / BS (IT) (16 years of education) from HEC recognized University/Institute. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field alongwith administrative experience of BPS-17 capacity. OR Qualifications: MS(CS) from HEC recognized university Experience: Three years relevant experience in BPS-17

Qualifications: At least Second Class Bachelors degree from a recognized University. Experience: Five years office experience (including at least three years experience in scale 16) in a University, Government or Semi Government Organization or Educational Institution. OR *At least first class M.Sc./M.A./MBA degree from a recognized university with no 3rd division in his/her academic career. *Candidates with relevant experience shall be preferred. i. Bachelors degree in Science with Diploma in Library Science. ii. Three years experience in the Library Work. Proficiency in typewriting would be an additional qualification.

Cataloguer/Classifier (BS-16)

1.

Application Forms (for Serial No. 1 to 7) can be obtained from the office of the Registrar on cash payment of Rs. 500/- OR may be downloaded from university website (http://www.uaar.edu.pk/media/news/registrar/jobApplicationForm.pdf) and it can be submitted alongwith the Bank Draft amounting to Rs.500/- in favour of the Treasurer of the University.

Those who wish to apply for the post at Serial No.8, however, required to submit application on the plain paper alongwith all attested photocopies of Academic Transcripts. The applications complete in all respects, including attested copies of the degrees/certificates, NIC, recent Passport size photographs and experience certificate, if any (three copies) should reach in the Office of the Registrar by 23.7.2011.

Applicants already working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies are required to produce the NOC of their employers. Advanced copy of application will not be entertained.
