POWER SUPPLY: (a) Provide 3 phase Power line through 4 core cable and Isolator with proper earthing arrangements. Mains Voltage 415*6%, 3 phase, 50 Hz. Incoming cable size for Lap former 4x6 sq.mm (Copper). lncoming power line should have back up fuse of 63A.

COMPRESSED AIR REQUIREMENTS: System pressure : Operating pressure : 7-8bar 6 bar

Mills to provide for Lap former machine, compressed air supply pipe line with a Stop Valve and Reducer with a female bore to connect with the Adaptor of G1/2" dia on the machine.

Compressed air required for Lap former machine - 3 Nm3/hrat 6 kg/cm2 To connect to 16mm dia inlet on the machine.

Central suction : Static pressure = 70mm Water Column Discharge of air = 0.47 cu.m Isec.

Lap Spools are of special construction and composition in sizes of : 300.2k0.2 mm for Lap former Tool Kit: One set of special tools, gauges and lifting jack assembly are supplied along with the machine.

ACCESSORIES FOR ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:

(a) Fork lift with a capacity of 3.5 to 5 tons is essential for unloading, shifting and stacking cases when the consignment arrives at site. Pallet truck with 2 supports of 2 m span length and capacity of 1.5 tons to facilitate movement of small cases. Vacuum cleaner: Highly sophisticated machines running at high speeds demand thorough cleaning which can be achieved through heavy duty industrialvacuum cleaners. Portable electro-pneumatic hammer drilling machines equivalent to model 93220 with drilling capacity 2 to 22 mm dia of Rallis India Ltd. or Black and Decker 1Bosch make with masonry drill bits of sizes 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm.

LUBRICATION:
Lubricatingoil and greases to be procured as per the lnstructions and Lubrication Charts. Also refer the General Lubrication lnstructions D l 7c.

AIR CONDITIONING/ HUMIDIFICATION:

We recommendto maintain 50-55% RH at 2S0*2"C temperature for ideal performance of the machinery.

EXHAUST AIR:
Exhaust air into department. Volume of air discharges per machine is 0.6 m3/sec.

MAINS SUPPLY VOLTAGE INTERRUPTIONS:

The deviations of the supply voltage exceed the values given below will affect the proper functioning of the electrical system of the machine.

Continuous deviation from the nominal voltage by *6%. Voltage peaks 200% of nominal voltage (effective value) lasting not more than 1.5 millisec. Mains supply frequency max, deviation from nominal frequency is 2%.
