** You are adding the Bill of Materials to the second sheet of the drawing because you must leave room on the first sheet for revisions. Having a second sheet in the drawing does not add a lot of extra size to the file. Remember that the drawing stores notes, balloons, border, title block, notes and how the views are arranged. **

** You are using report parameters to define the information that will be displayed in the table. There is two ways to enter the text. You can either manually type the parameters to be used or select from the menu. This tutorial covers the second option, selecting from the menu. The parameter that you entered for the Index column will number the parts in consecutive order that are used in the assembly. **

** The report parameters that you are using to define this cell will display the file name for each one of the components that are being used in the current drawing assembly. These components could be spools, wires, bulk items, parts and subassemblies. **

** This cell will display the names of all the members that are currently being used in the assembly, reading part, assembly, spool, wire etc. You will later change the table attributes to only show the parts and not assemblies. **
