Welcome : This weekend we welcome Fr Stephen Maloney who will celebrate both Masses. Fr Stephen is Parish Priest of All Saints, Anfield (which means he is Parish Priest of the football ground!!) but also Diocesan Vocations Director, so he will speak about his role and encourage us even more to pray for Vocations to the Priesthood and the Religious Life. May I remind you that our Holy Hour on the First Friday of each month is dedicated to this intention. Please do come along! I am very grateful to Fr Stephen for giving his time this weekend. Tea after 10: tea and coffee will be served in the Parish Centre after Mass on Sunday. All welcome. Annual Pilgrimage to the Holy Hand of St Edmund Arrowsmith takes place on Sunday 28th August, with Mass at 4.00pm followed by Veneration of the Holy Hand.
