Dear friend, All things right here, and hope that you will be also fine.

How does it feel after leaving home but we cant do Anything. Simply we are doing our own duty. Im really Missing those precious time which I spent with you, Atul, Rahul, haroon, Jitendra and Durgesh in BILLU DHABA. Our study has not completely started yet and ragging has fully banned in our college so here no any way of entertainment and Im feeling bore at this moment. Im sending some important notes of GD and hope that it will be helpful for your future aspects. When I came here I had been suffering from viral fever for 6 days, thats why I was unable to send it. Sorry for delay.

GROUP DISCUSSION
In present era GD is an important tool of candidates selection. Through GD we can check the personality, leadership quality, team spirit and interaction with fellow members in a positive manner of the candidates. Today it is a mentality that sing-le body does nothing and every business deals occurs in a group. In a GD 8 to 10 candidate participates and the duration time will be 20 to 30 minutes. The time duration can be less or may be as recommended by the jury. In a GD you cant use the name of the group members. But we address the particular fellow by the number 1to 10 which has given by the jury. Suppose you have to ask question from 5th no. fellow then you have to address 5 no. The sitting arrangement of group members will be in semicircle or in circle. The topic will be given by the jury. A candidate with good knowledge of the topic has more chance of selection. Good knowledge and good communication skills with positive attitu de are the key words to get success in a group wise. Knowledge and communication skills plays a very in a GD. candidates have to talk effectively to make creation impact by his knowledge on the topic. Clarity of thoughts and way of presentation should be there.
To get success in a GD you have to follow given points. y Logical reasoning to the point . y Increase your team spirit quality. y Leadership quality1. Motivate other members to express their views.

2. You can direct the group members to keep to the point if they are more away from the given topic. 3. Contributes the discussion with your knowledgeful ideas. 4. Dont be emotional and personal but you should be pract ical. 5. Respect the thoughts of the fellow members and listen carefully.

6. Initative (who start first) - if u are well known about the topic then you should start GD. 7. Normally candidates become in hurry to initiate the topic to get extra marks. 8. In a GD always keep in mind that ------THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION

9. Many times the group members want to express their ideas regarding the topic but they are unable to do so, in this case you should motive the candidate. It is a positive approach of our personality . 10. Dont discourage others by asking questions again and again. 11. Listen carefully in respectful manner and put it in assertive way both are important part. 12. The language should be courteous and familiar. 13. You should be confident. 14. You should not argue without having proper knowledge.
Words not to be use in GD.. y Dont use negative words like-----1. No! You are wrong. 2. How can you say so? 3. Dont be silly its not true. 4. You have not any idea about this topic. 5. What do you talk? 6. Shit, this is not a part of our topic. 7. Yaar/ princy what are you talking or why are you wasting our time? Words to be use in GD
