Thiscontestcommencesfrom14thMarch2011to30thApril2011. 3. ContestantwhoperformedthehighestnumberoftransactionsTopUp,BillPayment& SSPPurchaseviaBSN:SMSwithminimumamountRM30willstandachancetowinan exclusive Room Cash Voucher Equatorial Hotel Cameron Highlands value for RM338. Paymentsforrooms&roomservicechargesmustbedonewithBSNCreditCardorBSN DebitCardonly. 4. EligibilityisbasedonsuccessfultransactionsviaBSN:SMSwithminimumamountRM30 pertransactions. 5. Mechanismofthecontestisasfollows: ContestantmustbeaBSNcustomer&BSN:SMSregistereduser. Contestantthatsuccessfullyperformedthehighestnumberoftransactionsvia BSN:SMSwithinthecontestperiodwillbedeemedasthewinner. WinnerswillbenotifiedviaphonecallfollowedwithanofficialletterfromBSN. 1000winnerwillbeselectedaftertheendofthecontestperiod. ParticipantsarenotallowedtosplitbillsfortheContest.Forexample,ifyouare paying RM120.00 only bill to Tenaga Nasional, you are not allowed to split the billinto4transactionsofRM30.00only.Thiswillbedeemeddisqualified.

6. Winner(s)listandtheprizeswonwillbepublishedonwww.mybsn.com.mywithinfour (4)weeksaftertheContestends.

7. Eachparticipantcanonlywinoneprize.TheprizesaregivenanAsisbasisandarenot transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit or otherwise, in part or in full. BSN reservestherighttosubstitutetheprizewiththatofsimilarvalueatanytimewithout prior notice for any reason whatsoever. BSN decisions on all matters relating to the contest including the determination of a winner(s) shall be final. No correspondence, queries,appealsorprotestsshallbeentertained. 8. Shouldtheshortlistedcustomerfailtobecontactedviatelephoneonfirstattemptfor reasons including, but not limited to, no reply, number not in use, no connection, etc anotherattemptwillbemadewithinthenext(2)hoursofthefirstattempt.Wherethis secondattemptisanunsuccessful,BSNreservetherighttodisqualifythecustomerand contactthenextshortlistedcustomer. 9. RoomVoucherswillbesentdirectlytowinnersaccordingtotheaddressgivenafterthe endofthecontest. 10. BSNreservestherighttodisqualifyallentriesfromanyparticipantinthisContestand prohibit that person from further participating tampered with or benefited from the tamperingregulationsofthiscontestortheTermsandConditionsstatedherein. 11. BSN reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest. Any cancellation, terminationorsuspensionoftheContestbyBSNshallnotentitletheparticipanttoany claimorcompensationagainstBSNforanylossordamageincurredbytheparticipantas adirectandindirectresultsuchascancellation,terminationorsuspension. 12. BSNdecisionisfinalandnocorrespondencedisputingBSNdecisionwillbeentertained. BSNreservestherightatitsabsolutediscretiontovary,deleteoraddtoanyofthese Terms&Conditionsfromtimetotimewithpriornoticegiven. 13. BSNreservestherighttopublishordisplaythename,picture,identificationnumbers, photographsorotherinformationofallthewinnersofthisContestforadvertisingand publicity. 14. By participating in the Contest, the participant(s) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
