Stacy Himmelspach is now in independent practice in her own consultancy, Insight Advisory Services. She was the lead consultant with EDS, AT Kearney and Deloitte Consulting when I retained her to lead and facilitate the BPR activities at Electro-Motive Division of GM. The challenge there was broad and complex. We combined departments for efficiency and speed. After more than one false start, we found Stacy and success.
