Managing share purchase right

The software can control the right of share purchase, manage the transfer of share purchase right. The software helps easily manage the share transferring between shareholders. This is one of the important operations of shareholders management. The accurate management of transferring transactions shall help the manager much. It automatically charges the transaction cost and prints the transferring request to shareholders. When the shareholders transfer shares with one another, the software shall charge the transaction cost based on standards like minimum price, maximum price, % of each transaction.
