ACADEMIC PROJECT PROFILE

MAIN PROJECT: TITLE: A Traffic Engineering Approach for Placement and Selection

of Network Services.

ROLE: Team Leader DESCRIPTION: Network services are provided by means of dedicated service gateways, through which traffic flows are directed. Existing work on service gateway placement has been primarily focused on minimizing the length of the routes through these gateways. Only limited attention has been paid to the effect these routes have on overall network performance. Rather than trying to minimize the length of the traffic flow routes, we take advantage of these routes in order to enhance the overall network performance.
MINI PROJECT: TITLE: Efficient Search in Unstructured P2P Networks.

ROLE: Team Leader DESCRIPTION: Our project enhance the search performance in unstructured P2P networks through exploiting users common interest patterns captured within framework termed the user interest model. A search protocol and a routing table updating protocol are used in order to speed up the search process through self organizing the P2P network.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Winner at COLLEGE LEVEL and participated in Zonal Level of ASPIRATIONS 2020,an online programming contest conducted by INFOSYS all over India in the year 2009-10. STUDENT CO-ORDINATOR for the NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM ADROIT organized in the month of September, 2010. Awarded Annual Academic Award at school for my consistent performance in academics. Received ZONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD (Cash prize) from Andhra Bank for securing highest score in Intermediate among all the students in karimnagar zone (Staff).

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Directed a short film by title SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST and presented it at VECTOR 09 in GAYATHRI COLLEGE. Presented a paper on REDTACTON at EUPHORIA organized by RAGHU ENGINEERING COLLEGE, VIZAG. Winner in GROUP DANCE at SPOORTHI, youth festival organized by MBA students. Member of the Winners team in CRICKET at EKALAVYA SPORTS MEET for the year 2011.
Active member in charity works organized by SRRF team, head by our dean Dr V.Vijay Kumar.

HOBBIES
Making SHORT FILMS about social issues, student life etc. Spends most of my spare time in Social Networking. Love to VISIT significant places of our country, till now I travelled over 9 states, 2 union territories in India. Likes to spend my weekend in Practicing Dance (Western), playing cricket & badminton.
