INTRODUCTION
It is now a generation of mobile phone system everywhere .As mobile phone become more prevalent, sophisticated, embedded in physical process. Communicating peoples are more dependent on mobile phone system along with the calling facilities, messaging and much more. So, there is the recommendation for the messaging facility & Message Sending System provides it. This is the mobile to mobile Message Sending System helps us in creating messages, storing the

message record sent by the other sender & message sent by the user.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

The Message System shows the main features for developing a message operation in Java ME. This contains efficient messaging functionalities where each one using it able to perform & maintain messages with the application from the device. The functionalities are as following: Create Message

Inbox Sent Items

Create Message
Using this functionality user can create a message as per his wish supporting by characters & various symbols. User can create a message up to the 160 characters as per the standard. Then user can send this message onto a 10- digit account number.

Inbox
User can read the received messages sent by other communicating party. You can also delete the messages in case if the inbox will be full. It can also sequentially. maintain the received message

Sent Items
It stores the messages sent by the user from his mobile device into a separate folder which is nothing but Sent Items It stores the content of the message with the receivers phone number to whom the message is sent.

TECHNICAL USE
J2ME A user interface for a J2ME application is similar to yet different from a user interface that you find on a desktop application. They are similar in that both display options available to the user and then receive and process the option selected by the user. However, a J2ME user interface is less sophisticated than those found on a desktop application because of the limited resources (i.e., screen size) that are available on a J2ME device (i.e., cellular phone). Along with the new breed of computers came a new platform, on which developers can build and implement programs to control small computing devices. The platform is called Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME).

LIMITATIONS & ENHANCEMENTS

1. It is not able to create message than 160 characters. 2. If user needs some more functionality then as per the user need, additional programming is needed. 3. Draft is under development for the future enhancement. 4. We cant select numbers from our contact list and it cannot send message many people at a time.

"It supports touch screen devices as well, and the scrolling feature has an accelerated motion in touch mode.
