Mobitel has been in the field of Enterprise Messaging Solutions (EMS) since 2008. Over the last couple of years we have acquired customers from Banking, IT, ITES, FMCG, Government, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle segments. As per your business need, our following products suits best to your requirement:

Mobitel Front-End (Bulk Messaging):

1. Single SMS: Allow you to send single message to any number 2. File2SMS: This allow user to upload an excel file with all the destination mobile number in order to send a common message to all of them 3. MIS Report: A complete message delivery report online 4. Masking of Sender ID: The sender ID can be masked as any alphanumeric sender ID(Max 8 alpha Numeric) 5. To View Incoming messages received on 10 digit Number .(customization can be done as per our discussions)

Mobitel solution provided:

Initially Karimnagar Nic gives an allotment details excel file containing mandal code and shop code. SMSs will be received from shop owners. SMS formats accepted by Mobitel (4 formats) 1. 2 are for FPS details 2. 2 are for mid day meals

If the format is wrong the response message is Your Message format is wrong. Please resend it in correct format On receiving delivery report for FPS a message will be sent to the Phone numbers relative to that Mandal and Shop Codes. The Message Contains the information like

100 quintals of rice , 50 quintals of sugar , 200 quintals of Red Gram for the month 10 year 2010 is delivered on 23/10/2010

Reports Viewing from Frontend application (siegsms) :

1. We generate reports for FPS and Mid Day Meals categories 2. User selects from date and to date, and allotment month and year 3. Then the required information can be captured and viewed in the application and they can download the report as an excel sheet

Frontend application to Insert Shop Numbers:

1. For sending the delivery report SMS to shop dealers, these numbers will be inserted from the frontend application of siegsms by the nicw customer 2. They will select the mandal and shop code, and insert the Phone Numbers

Commercial proposal:
1. Setup Cost : INR 20,000 2. Monthly !0 digit Number Rental : INR 6,000 pm ( Free 20,000 Incoming sms Pm, Above @ INR 0.08 per sms) 3. Monthly Application Rental : INR 2,000 4. Free Outgoing sms : 1,000 sms pm 5. Sms cost: INR 0.25 per sms. Terms and conditions: 1. You are solely responsible for the security and secrecy of your login identification, password given to or chosen by you. You must ensure that these are not revealed to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your login identification, password and/or your account. 2. We reserve the right to refuse, change or remove login identification, password which we deem inappropriate or offensive.

The Services are provided to you solely for your own use or your business use. You must not resell or transfer the Services to third parties without our prior written consent, whether or not for profit or otherwise. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Services if we determine, in our absolute discretion, that you use the Services for any of the aforementioned or similar activities.

4. You shall ensure that the size of each SMS Message does not exceed 160 characters. Where the SMS Message exceeds 160 characters, the SMS messages shall be broken into two or more messages and transmitted separately to the Recipients and be separately chargeable. 5. Message length (upto) will be measured as per following chart i. 160-characters 1 message ii. 306-characters 2 messages iii. 459-characters 3 messages 6. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement resulting from matters beyond our control. These include acts of God, requirements of any governmental or regulatory authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, lightning, equipment failure, computer software or Software malfunction, electrical power failure, faults, interruption or disruption of the Network or the networks of other Service Providers or of your equipment or the equipment of any third party, riots, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees) or epidemics of infectious diseases.
