EDITORIAL POLICY: THE GNLU LAW REVIEW The GNLU Law Review (the Law Review) accepts Articles

and Notes / Comments in order to consider them for publication on a rolling basis throughout the year. However, they are reviewed only after a call for submissions is notified. The Law Review is pleased to announce the Call for Submissions for Volume 4, Issue 1 from scholars, academicians, researchers, policy makers, law students and other members of legal fraternity from India and abroad. The submissions may be on any contemporary national (Indian) or international legal issue in English language. Contributions are invited under the following heads: 1. Articles: An Article is a piece of academic writing which discusses and analyzes an original legal issue or problem in some depth. Beyond this very general description, Articles are quite diverse, both in terms of topic and style. Some are doctrinally focused analyses of particular legal questions. Others present normative arguments on how courts or legislatures should analyze a particular problem that they have not yet addressed adequately. Still others are historical or theoretical. However, what all good Articles have in common is that they are well-written, interesting, and original treatments of legal problems. Most Articles begin their lives as term papers, either for traditional courses and seminars or for directed research. An Article should not exceed 7500 words excluding footnotes for being considered for publication in the Law Review. 2. Notes andComments: Notes and Comments are works of academic writings that are centered around an analysis of a recent case, a piece of legislation, law journal article, or law-related book. A Note or a Comment should not exceed 4000 words for being considered for publication in the Law Review. MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 1.
