Answer: No JOB MANTRA is not providing any job guarantee JOB MANTRA is only providing recommendations / opportunities in MNCs. We help candidates in rectifying their problems happening in their recruitment/growth like CV short listing, aptitude, technical, soft skills, body language and personality etc.

How will JOB MANTRA help us in obtaining the job?

Answer: JOB MANTRA is a group of professionals from top MNCs like Cisco, Aricent, Infosys, TeleAtlas, CEERI(R & D), Adobe, Sapient, HCL, Easy ERP, IBM, Tech Mahindra etc having average experience of 10yrs. As we are working closely with industry we are first to know about requirements & expectations. Added to this our trainers are also from industry that gives best and current exposure to a candidate. Candidate problem are handled by our experts in professional manner. So in short we can say that we make candidates Job ready with opportunities at their door step.

Question: I am a B.Tech (any branch) but I havent done any professional course can I get Job? Answer: Professional course are not mandatory but professional courses helps in short listing. As these are tailored according to industry requirements. Industry would prefer you undergo training and have enough exposure to development, so that you have enhanced your skill set.

What is the average salary package JOB MANTRA are offering? We provide average salary packages up to 3-3.5 lakh per annum to Freshers Candidates. 4-4.5 lakh per annum to Experienced Candidates.

Packages also depend on the geographical location as well as your working profile. Package also depends on company slab & policies.

Question: List of the companies in which JOB MANTRA is providing placements? Answer: We are in touch with more than 500 companies and our list is ever increasing. Opening depends on current requirements in an organization. Some of the companies include NIIT Technologies, HCL info systems, HCL Comnet, Wipro, TCS, Adobe, Sapient, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, IBM, TeleAtlas, Aricent, Cisco are few of them.

Question: Is the registration amount refundable at JOB MANTRA? Answer: No, JOB MANTRA is charging for services, Once the services are delivered that cannot be refunded.

Question: Why JOB MANTRA will work for FREE? Answer: We are confident about our process and your capabilities. Secondly your 15 days salary is more than your training charges.

Question: Why JOB MANTRA charge for every recommendation? Answer: (i) Firstly as mentioned above

(ii) Secondly there is some cost attached in forwarding your CVs to HRs of different organizations.

Question: At JOB MANTRA Assessment is internal you will always mark me below 70%? Answer: your 15 days salary will be always greater than our cost of training. :) We want you placed ASAP.

Question: Why should I do training from JOB MANTRA? Answer: We dont recommend any specific center for training; Candidate can undergo training from any center. But we do prefer candidates to undergo training from experienced professionals to stay up to date regarding industry updates. Question: Is paying 1000+ worth at JOB MANTRA? Answer: If you are looking for job and not getting it, that means something is wrong. We help you by looking for companies hiring, working on their requirements. And making you job ready for the industry with desired skill set, so we can easily say that at JOB MANTRA you enhance your job opportunities. We are sure you can do all these things as you are but that will take 6 months. Consider you are not doing job for 6 months, with a conservative estimate of salary of Rs.15000. In 6 months you will lose Rs.90000. In other words you are daily losing Rs. 500. Even taking a week for deciding will recover our cost.

Question: Duration in which I will get job from JOB MANTRA? Answer: Basically it takes about 4-6 weeks, since we have to continuously work on your CV and your technical aspects. After 4 weeks we are start forwarding your CVs in multiple Organizations meeting your requirements.
