SYNOPSIS
Objectives:
Our main goal is to provide quality GOODS AND SERVICE by identifying the most profitable customers, their choices and buying habits. We require extensive knowledge in selling various home appliances and handling customers. Purpose of the project is to automate the business of an E-Shop. And the details of products, stock and customers are maintained. In any showroom managing the storage manually is time consuming. Our project will provide a better way to overcome this. 1. Easy to use GUI. 2. Quick selections and allocations of records. 3. One-click report generating. 4. Error-handlers and Error-log.

Existing System
Manual maintainance of various departments such as sales, purchases and stock. Maintainance of staff, work objective are still following the old methods which is not up to the mark. As sales manager, supervisors, service providers, etc. Along with this, billing and vouchers of the product based on the type of product purchased or sold are done. In any showroom managing the storage manually is time consuming.
Proposed System
Today being a world of new technology, quality became a way of life. in present world, chief resources are no longer a labour or land, but efficiency, accuracy, promptness and time.This helps for the employees in charge of sales, purchases and stock maintenance respectively . Maintenance of the product details, as well as customers in order to increase the speed of accessibility. Automatic updation of stock. and reporting based on the data readily saved during the input time. Bring down the conflicts / redundancy during business transactions.

Windows 95/98/ME/NT/XP are the platforms on which the application can be executed. VB(Version 6) as Front End continued with Oracle 9i as Back End can be used in tandem,creating a powerful application.Using the tools the desired result can be achieved easily.
