This form should be completed by students currently enrolled in the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies at AUT University who wish to apply for an International Student Exchange (ISE) with a school linked to the Faculty through a formal exchange agreement. Exchanges are available to undergraduate students (usually in their second year of study) with a good academic record, subject to approval from their Programme Leader to check if there are any special requirements that need to be considered. Please note that numbers are limited and you may be asked to attend an interview. For 2012 exchanges (Semester One) please return this form to Helen Fitzgerald by 1st October 2011.
