First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Allah SWT for giving me an opportunity to get involved in second BIG program for this semester. The BIG for this time require us to organize a seminar for PISMP Semester 2 regarding teachers profession . In order to ensure the program being handled successfully, certain tasks had been given among the classes. As for our class, PISMP 2.08, we were assigned to handle the gift and souvenirs for the guest invited besides providing file materials for all the students of PISMP Semester 2. The responsible person who is in charged and led this is Izzan Fathihin Md Atan. We had few times meetings regarding the tasks. Izzan had divided the works equally to all her classmates. Izzan and I were responsible in filling the forms for taking the file materials. After that, we went to seek En.Ibrahim and En.Azhar to ask a few questions regarding the seminar and ge t their signature for the forms. Later, we walked ahead to IPG Store to check out whether the files for profiling materials can be taken as soon as possible since we faced a problem earlier to get the files on time due to out of stocks. Then after having t hrough all the talking, the stocks managed to arrive here on time. Thanks to God. Besides than that, I was also helping my other friends in putting all the materials that needed to be place in the file. The seminar was successfully being held on 26 th of July 2011 starting from 7.30am for registration till 1.15pm. There were three slots presented on that day of different topics. First slot is given by En.Musleh which touched on balanced aspect that needed by teacher. Teachers need to be trained with good practices. For the second slot, it was about community education given by En.Ishak. Progressive community will lead to better development . Last slot is concerning teachers accountability professionalism by Dr.Zaida. It was mainly associated with the teachers ethics. After going through the seminar, I become more in love in teaching profession. It is such a noble job that not anyone capable of handling the job

since it needs full commitment and high interests in dealing with social aspects. That is why teachers need to have balanced within themselves in order to keep better performance. Social skills are very important in dealing with community. A good teacher must know their ethical for the sake of teachers image. Finally, I hope this kind of program would be held once more with better outcomes. Improvement in the aspect of managements should be strained and looked back since it will affect the smoothness of the program. Perhaps, someone can invite outsider person to give lecture in order to create ne w atmosphere.
