The registration will be valid only when the student pays the full amount of the course chosen. The payment may be made in cash/ cheque/ DD issued in favor of Instituto Hispania. The registration includes the right: to attend the course thus chosen; to be present in the examination; and, to obtain the corresponding certificate on passing. No refunds can be claimed after admission. The minimum number of students required to start a particular batch is 8. On an event of a batch being cancelled by the Institute, the student will be refunded the amount fully. Instituto Hispania does not have the obligation to make up for the time lost by the student through absence.* The student does not have the right to change the batch once registered.** Instituto Hispania fixes the examination dates. Students are required to present themselves on the stipulated date. Under no conditions will the institute fix another date for students who do not present themselves at the institute on the stipulated date. Only those who pass the levels with the required percentage will be awarded with certificates/diplomas of the respective levels. The final test and rights to obtain the certificate will be open to any person who gives the test by paying the fees established for the same.*** I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the institute that are in force or may come into existence during my association with the institute. I accept that all decisions of the management of the institute will be final. Those who do not pass the levels with the required percentage, can repeat the level by paying Rs. 4500. The students will conduct themselves in a proper and dignified manner at all times. Any unruly or discourteous behavior may lead to cancellation of admission.

Students can attend extra classes which will be considered as private tuitions. A special fee of Rs. 300 per hour will be charged in advance. Students are required to take an appointment for the make up classes. ** Only special cases can be considered with a fee of minimum Rs. 1000. *** Any person with the knowledge of Spanish who wishes to obtain the certificate shall first ask for appointment for an orientation test interview where the level will be decided. Then an examination date will be fixed. Only one certificate will be issued corresponding to the level of the candidate.
