I che in esecuzione chiusa,
possono essere utilizzati
anche in esecuzione
aperta (split).
In questo caso il montaggio
è molto facilitato e non
richiede lo smontaggio delle
parti meccaniche, poichè l’anello
di tenuta Carcoseal / UN / Split
viene divaricato e passato
intorno all’albero.
Per assicurare una buona
tenuta nella zona del taglio,
in fase di stampaggio del
Carcoseal, viene inserito un
breve tratto di tutta gomma
in modo che il contatto fra
le due estremità avvenga fra
superfici elastiche omogenee.
In generale i Carcoseal/UN/Split
vengono montati in
alloggiamenti dotati di flangia
di chiusura; tuttavia in casi
particolari possono venir
anche montati in alloggiamenti
aperti, cioè senza flangia,
utilizzando Loctite® 638
e attivatore Loctite® N764
per incollare l’anello alla sede.

Carcoseal/UN/Split
arcoseal / UN are well
C suited for mounting in the
split form where dismanting
of existing part is not possible
or feasible.
In this case, infact, the
Carcoseal is opened wide apart
and passed throgh the shaft.
To ensure effective sealing also
at the split ends, a short full
rubber section is moulded at
the terminals so that contact
between homogeneous elastic
surfaces maximises the sealing
effect.
Carcoseal / UN / Split are
generally fitted into housing
with retaining plate, however
they can also be installed into
open housings (with no
retaining plate) using Loctite®
638 and Activator Loctite®
N764. Standard section related
to shaft diameters are given
in table 7, please also refer
to enclosed size chart for non
standard sections.

resultan muy adecuadas en
situaciones en las que no
es viable desmontar las piezas
mecánicas.
En tales casos, la junta se
abre y se pasa alrededor del
eje. Para asegurar un
estanquizado eficaz en los
extremos, la junta incorpora
en sus terminales un sector
fabricado en caucho. Al entrar
en contacto los extremos,
elásticos y homogéneos, se
maximiza el efecto de
estanquizado.
Carcoseal / UN / Split se
insertan generalmente en
alojamientos provistos de
bridas de amarre, aunque
pueden instalarse en
alojamientos abiertos (sin
brida de amarre) empleando
Loctite® 638 y activador
Loctite® N764.
La tabla 7 indica las secciones
estándar en función del
diámetro. Para verificar la
existencia de secciones
especiales, ver la tabla
adjunta.

arcoseal/UN sind ebenfalls
C für die Montage in geteilter
Form geeignet, wo die
Demontage von existierenden
Maschinenteilen nicht möglich
oder nicht sinnvoll ist. In
diesem Fall kann der Carcoseal
in der Tat weit geöffnet und
um die Welle gelegt werden.
Zur Sicherstellung des
effektiven Dichteffektes
ebenfalls an den geteilten
Enden, ist ein kurzer
homogener Gummibereich
anvulkanisiert, so dass an der
Kontaktstelle der homogenen
elastischen Bereiche die
Dichtwirkung optimiert wird.
Carcoseal/UN/Split werden
generell in der
Aufnahmebohrung mit einer
Halteplatte eingebaut.
Es besteht jedoch auch die
Möglichkeit der Montage ohne
Halteplatte unter Anwendung
von Loctite® 638 und Activator
Loctite® N764.
