Cancellations
Your reservation is secured with your credit card number. Should you be unable to keep your appointment, kindly advise us 24 hours in advance. Should you fail to do so, the full treatment fee is payable. An advance payment is applicable for group reservations of four or more persons. Should your group be unable to keep the appointment, we require ve days notice to avoid payment of the full fee.

Late arrivals
Should you be late for your appointment, unfortunately your treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full treatment price will apply.

Your appointment
Upon conrmation of your reservation, a consultation card will be e-mailed to you. Kindly complete it and, should you have any health concerns, please advise. This enables our personnel to ensure that the selected treatment is suitable for you. Upon arrival at Spa de la Veille, you will be asked to sign a consultation indemnity card. We recommend that you arrive at reception at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to maximize your enjoyment of our renowned facilities.

Spa Attire
Your secure locker contains a towel, gown, slippers, shower cap and disposable underwear. Should you prefer to wear your own, you are welcome to do so. Kindly remove all jewellery and place in the locker. Please keep the key to your locker with you at all times.

Although every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests personal belongings, we regret that Spa de la Veille accepts no responsibility for damage or loss by means of theft, re or any other cause whatsoever.
