IL CONDENSATORE Un sottile film di polipropilene metallizzato costituisce l'essenza del componente: il dielettrico e le armature del condensatore.

THE CAPACITOR The heart of motor capacitors is a very thin metallized polypropylene film that forms both its dielectric and its electrodes.

LE CONDENSATEUR Le coeur du condensateur est ralis avec un film trs mince de polypropylne mtallis qui compose le dilectrique et les armatures du condensateur.

INTEGRAZIONE VERTICALE Dal 1965, ICAR metallizza la totalit del film di polipropilene che utilizza. Gli elementi capacitivi, la spruzzatura, Ie finiture ed i collaudi vengono effettuati in loco con impianti appositamente realizzati. CONTROLLO DEL PROCESSO ICAR governa l'intero processo produttivo. Ampi controlli in linea garantiscono al 100% ogni componente. L'automazione dei processi riduce l'incidenza dell'errore umano. VERTICAL INTEGRATION As a forerunner in 1965 ICAR has introduced metallized polypropylene film technology. Metallizing, slitting, winding, spraying, finishing and testing are performed on-site using custom designed highly automated equipment. PROCESS CONTROL ICAR controls the whole manufacturing process. In caso di intervento dell'interrompibile si ha un allungamento totale di circa 7 mm. Non utilizzare connessioni rigide. Total elongation is about 7 mm after overpressure disconnector release. Don't make use of rigid connections. Dans le cas o le systme de scurit serait activ, une longation totale de 7 mm interviendrait. Il est donc fortement conseill de ne pas utiliser une connexion rigide.
