### Close partitions ### Install floor system - tiles (kitchen) hardwood (bar / restaurant) ### Walls masonry ### Joinery - doors and worktops and bar counter ### Integrate acoustic systems ### Dcor and lightings fixtures and fittings ### Clear and clean up

Roof Work (External)

### Installation of scaffolding ### Remove existing damaged roof tiles and framework ### Install waterproof membranes ### Install new framework and patch repair to some tiles, install new tiles ### (Scaffolding to remain for external restoration work)

Roof Work (Internal)

### Install roof insulation ### Close pitched roof panels ### Install suspended ceiling framework / fixture hangers ### Install lighting and audio and ventilation / Air Conditioner ### Install acoustic ceiling tiles

External Restorations
### Repair of cracked brickwork: Crack stitching required throughout ### Stonework around windows and openings to be repointed ### Plant and fungi growth to be treated ### Ventilators cleaned and air bricks need to be installed ### Woodwork: Window frames ### Window glass replacement / fitting ### New doors to be installed to all openings ### Down-pipes, eaves gutters de-rusted and painted
