Perception is making judgment about others in an group to make strategic decisions and achieve the organizational goals. In a group each member are responsible for the outcome. If an Individual makes its own decision, the responsibility of the outcome is solely upon him. Everyone is full of talents. They are talented in their own way. This is from where arises the word CAPABILITY & ABILITY. CAPABILITY Every person has capability. They are capable of performing various activity and tasks. It is the potential within in one self. The thing is that people have capability but they cannot execute that properly. Eg:-A student is capable of securing 90% in his boards exams. But he didnt secure it may be for some reasons.

ABILITY Ability is something which comes from capability. It is what one has actually done. It is same as what he has managed to do. Eg: same as above, A a student is capable of securing 90%,its his capability. But the fact is that he able to secure 80% thats his ability.
