Should the Wilson Clock Company proceed with his alarm clock business? Justify your answer critically. There The Wilson Clock Company is not having any problems on how alarm clock that have made his business not doing well. They should continue the business is as follows:
1. Sales

The concept for the clock system its through that it would be fun that can wake the everybody in the morning then have some fun. There are few different things that the other competitors have to offer to their customers compared to the services that the Wilson Clock Company has to offer to his customers in terms of services because of the factors below:

Sales Services They should have the service center on our dealer that no to worry that customer to by the product

Clock Alarm The clock alarm is that the Wilson Clock Company design is unique and friendly most of the pupil like the design and function the alarm clock in health . the Wilson Clock Company should grab this opportunities to offer the clock alarm to the pupil in this he could at least hire one or two employees to capture this market opportunity. This eventually could increase his sells and customers.

2. Opportunities Most of the Wilson Clock Company competitors concentrate on the residential market. This should be an opportunity for the Wilson Clock Company to monopoly the alarm clock in the market in offering his alarm clock, new design technology and to be the 1st clock market in U.S. they could have use this opportunities to get as many as they clock they can sell that he could from the commercial market such as from corporate companies, education institutions and other organizations that available in his area.

3. Target market The Wilson Clock Company should consider extending his target market to other area in United State of America. They could consider offering franchising to other people in other potential area. This will help him to get more customers and increase his sells and profits.

4. Strategies 4.1. Operation and Resources Management

It will help to attract more customers wherever services. ii. Fliers Fliers are one of the easiest ways to advertise his products and services. He could distribute the fliers in any potential area. iii. Newspapers They should observe of which newspapers that is mostly bought by the people around his potential market area. After he finds out which newspapers that is most read, he could advertise his company in those newspapers. iv. Exhibition On Exhibition they have advertise their product on it. v. Banners Banners also could be one of the ways to advertise his business. The advantage of banners is it could be shift from one place to other places.
