Fast Food Outlet

1.0 Background

The focus of the food joint is to offer fast food to the people of Jharkhand and to mainly cater to the food and beverage needs of the customers at the JD Shopping Mall. The kind of ambience and food we look forward to offer to the customers is something that they have never experienced before in their city.

2.0 Requirements The fast food joint would be a highly attractive outlet which would be one of its own kind of food joint. We intend to achieve this through a unique combination of Food & Service concept as well as ambience created by an innovative interior and exterior modern look. 2.1 Target Customer The prime target of customers would be the people visiting the J.D. Shopping Mall but the joint will also attract other group of people from the city looking for Quality food at a good location. This would also enable to keep the mall busy and in High spirit. 2.2 Type of Food Being a Fast Food outlet the focus is to offer food that can be consumed on the go. To mention a few would be . Shawarma Different preparations of Tikkas and Kebabs Momos Wraps' n' Rolls French Fries n Soft Beverages All the above mentioned food items would be prepared with innovative ideas and a completely different style of service maintaing high standards of Hygiene and quality.

2.3 Operating Philosophy The kitchen would be an interactive kitchen where the guest would be able to see the Cleanliness and expertise under which their orders would be prepared making it highly exciting and palatable for them. On the other hand we would have a Mix n Match Menu to offer to the guests. Keeping in view the speed of service the food served in a short time the focus would always be on Quality service, maintaining International Standards and most important of all Service with a smile. The timing for the operation would be from 12 noon to 22:30 hrs (10:30pm) being the peak hour of walk ins in the mall. 2.4 Space Plan The space that would be required for the setup would be in the open space in front of the mall where a mini trailer can be put up as an interactive kitchen and a little room for 6 to 10 standing tables. During the afternoons the tables would be set up with vibrant coloured umbrellas and after sunset small candles would be lit up giving the place a pleasant touch. 3.0 Look and Feel The kitchen is intended to be interactive and this would be set up inside a trailer which would be custom built giving it a look of the Vintage Trailers once very famous in the British market. The finishing of the trailer would be absolutely stainless steel making it stand out .To add on to professionalism the Chefs and the Waitors would be neatly dressed up in their clean uniforms. The standing tables would be set up in front of the trailer to make it convenient for the guests to get a better view of the inside operations.
