1 Premessa e Scopo Foreword and Purpose

Questa specifica ha lo scopo di indicare la metodologia di This specification indicates the method of test for

2 Campo di Applicazione
Si applica a tutti i freni lamellari utilizzati nelle famiglie di
prodotto Brevini Riduttori e Brevini Winches.
Vale come condizione di fornitura per i freni acquistati o
premontati all’esterno.
3 Prova dei freni
I valori riferimento per la prova freni sono riportati nella
tabella TDS001-TDS002-TDS003 (vedi Annex A).
Condizioni particolari devono essere espresse nei disegni
e riportare un codice prodotto dedicato.
I dischi vengono bagnati con olio (ex: Shell TONNA S3
M32) prima delle prove.
Se i risultati del test non rientrano nelle specifiche
informare il capo reparto per la verifica del gruppo freno.
Tutti i freni devono essere punzonati o marchiati in modo
permanente dopo il test.
Per i freni sciolti applicare una etichetta con la coppia di
rilascio rilevata.
Application
Test should be performed on all products Brevini Riduttori
and Brevini Winches.
The test are mandatory for Suppliers of subassembled
brakes.
Brake Test
Reference values are indicated in data sheet TDS01-
TDS002-TDS003 (See Annex A).
Special test condition must be agreed with a specific
code, details must be reported on drawing.
Use oil to wet the disc at assembly (E.g.: Shell TONNA
S3 M32 can be used).
If results are not satisfactory inform the assembly foreman
for a check of the brake.
Each single brake must be permanent marked after test.
For brake that are supplied as subassembly apply a label
with the tested torque on each unit.

3.1 Senso di rotazione Rotation direction
