Barra autoperforante BELBOR

Caratteristiche
- L’ancoraggio è composto da un tubo cavo, rullato a freddo in modo
da ottenere una filettatura continua esterna. Esso va collegato:
- ad un’estremità, ad un’apposita punta di perforazione a perdere;
- all’altrà estremità, ad una macchina di perforazione.
- La lunghezza finale richiesta è ottenuta mediante manicottatura di
elementi aventi lunghezza minore e generalmente variabile da 1 a 12
metri. L’ancoraggio va poi iniettato e serrato con dado e piastra.

Documenti di qualità
Oltre all’analisi chimica, i parametri che sono oggetto di controllo sono
l’allungamento Agt ed il carico a rottura.

BELBOR selfdrilling anchors
Features
- The anchor is composed by a hollow pipe, cold-rolledin order to
obtain an external continuous thread. It can be linked:
- on one side, to a specific drill bit (that remains in the borehole);
- on the other side, to a drilling machine.
- The required final length is achieved by coupling elements having a
shorted length and generally varying from 1 to 12 meters.
The anchor is to be grouted and screwed to a nut and a plate.

Quality documents
Further than the chemical analysis, the parameters that are subject of
verification are the elongation Agt and the breaking load.

Propriétés caractéristiques
- L'ancrage est composé d'un tube creux, laminé à froid afin d'obtenir
un filetage externe continu. Il peut être lié:
- d'un côté, à un taillant spécifique (qui n'est pas récupéré);
- de l'autre côté, à une foreuse.
- La longueur finale requise est obtenue en raccordant des éléments
ayant une longueur raccourcie et variant généralement de 1 à 12
mètres.
L'ancrage doit être cimenté et vissé à un écrou et une plaque.

Au-delà de l'analyse chimique, les paramètres qui font l'objet de
vérification sont l'allongement Agt et la charge à rupture.
