CEO Carsem Sdn Bhd, Malaysia Thank you Kyko girl for describing Sarawati so accurately. She makes me carry her luggage after a shopping spree at Mid Valley. She gets upset when I take her to the Mamak stall. Often she picks up a fight with me for no reasons. She is definitely a classy and crazy girl. Ms Kavitha - Siksha Corporate Consulting Pvt. Ltd - Bangalore - India: "Like most people trying out a new product, I too happened to venture into using KYKO with a lot of skepticism. Like any new product was critically evaluating it as I was going through the plethora of questions being put across online. To my surprise, the tool was completed in less than 20 mts, simple clear questions, easily relatable to any individuals day to day lives, detailed report with validation on key areas, online support when required. It would be important to mention that the customer care team Rubina and Rehana have been highly cooperative and responsive to any queries thus far. Over all, fine mix of self discovery and learning for me." ******************************************* Mr. Divesh Mehta - Indus Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - India: "Our experience with KYKO was overall very good and we thank you for introducing us to KYKO. Though our experience is very limited with KYKO and at a very general level, still with whatever little we saw we cud gauge that KYKO seems to draw out even the minute details of the personality...which we really appreciate...though these details are presented in a more linear fashion to the respondent vis a vis an MBTI for example...this may be a conscious call at the KYKO developers end but it may work against the KYKO system in the current scheme of things...to me this, though, is not a very significant drawback as I know for certain that as the number of respondents for KYKO increases...this linearity will be/ can be taken care of in the later versions of KYKO. Also, the respondents, normally, want crisper feedback...that as I see will also evolve with time. Currently the KYKO feedback is very good and must be useful if someone explains it and takes out concrete directions for the respondent...on the internet though the feedback is very broad for any respondent to make much sense of...an additional step in converging the feedback for the respondent and indicating concrete directions may help KYKO establish supremacy within the psychometric world but that is a difficult step to execute on the internet...physically/ manually it may be a lot easier and you may actually be doing it. We have not yet seen the manual/ material that you may have as a guide to KYKO...so we really cannot comment on that. On the whole we see KYKO as a good starting point for a very promising psychometric tool in the near future." ******************************************* Mr. Kuldeep Kumar - Professor in City University - Hong Kong: "In the 1970s and 80s a number of research studies were done using MBTI. The academic respectability gave a great boost to its use in HR consulting to the point where its use is

routine. But as your literature points out - it is based upon antiquated ideas from Jung. If, as your web-site and sales literature promises - that this instrument is based upon an integrative approach - that has been used to predict behaviour in Asia (i.e. has a high predictive validity), it could be marketed as an advancement on MBTI plus an instrument suited uniquely for Asian management." ******************************************* Michael Beddows projectstars chief executive officer: "Hi Rubina, I have taken many personality and temperament tests, and I agree, it's good to "know thyself". But I see a problem with these tests in that the results are automatically biased. The results will always reflect the self-image of the test taker, not necessarily their "true" personality or potential. Secondly, it's hard to link test results with tangible changes or results in the workplace. How does KYKO differentiate itself from other tests on the market? How are test outcomes linked to employee performance? " Mr. Beddows' response after taking the KYKO Test. "This is my KYKO profile. Rubina Khan was kind enough to provide me with an evaluation account for KYKO (know yourself know others), a psychometric instrument for management and sales aptitude evaluation. The diagram on the left consists of my results for the management test (blue-high, red-low). I have to admit, I have a real affinity for taking psychometric assessments. With our modern hectic lifestyles, it's so easy to lose focus and direction. Oftentimes, people look back on their careers, wondering why they made the choices they did. Understanding yourself is like having an internal compass that keeps you on course. I'm familiar with a wide variety of psychometric tests and each measures a different set of dimensions. KYKO measures: Self Actualization (SA) :A need for achievement, progress, self improvement and to find meaning in life. Security (SE): A need for safety, order, protection, a need to be systematic and structured. Adaptive (A): A need to change and adapt for survival and to satisfy dominant personal needs. Socio-centric (SO): A need for love, care, companionship and affiliation. Ego-Centric (E): A need for power, image, prestige, reputation and control. Based on the average high and low (blue and red lines) for each dimension, ten personality types can be derived. The personality can be used to describe: Traits, Characteristics, Strengths, Improvement Needs, Planning, Problem Solving and

Decision-Making, Interpersonal Relationship, Conflict Management, Communication, Change Management, and Leadership. I found these dimensions to be more useful than what you would find in an MBTI test and the descriptions were far more applicable to business applications. KYKO provides a comprehensive overview of personality traits for HR professionals. But perhaps most importantly, KYKO is a useful tool for candidates to clearly articulate their core strengths since each trait is described in detail. Whether in a resume or during an interview, having a compelling description of yourself is a great way to differentiate from other candidates and obtain compatible and fulfilling positions." ******************************************* Aruna Maruthi [aruna_maruthi@yahoo.co.in] Teacher at MESSK (India) " Hi, KYKO Goes beyond just acquiring knowledge and insight. It becomes a way of life. All of you will agree with me that after the training session it has become second nature to assess people and fit them into proper dimensions !! Performance appraisal is very difficult and becomes increasingly more so.The person who submits the Confidential report is often judged unfairly If one misses a promotion it is often thought to be " a dislike you have towards them and Promotion of other colleagues seen as subjective favours granted to them" It is often difficult for an individual to objectively judge his performance. We often do not evaluate our performances only our intentions. KYKO helps the leaders to know what motivates a person, what is the force in him that forms the basis of his behaviour in the work environment. The leader can create a productivity level by providing the appropriate organisational structure and job design which address the strong inner drive that people possess for growth, competence and self actualization. He learns to acknowledge and appreciate hard work. The tests according to me are a in fact two edged ( I would not call it a sword)which helps the tester to know about himself, his organisation and his work force. Kyko test can in fact help the organization evolve a matrix which would be the agglomerate of all the aspects like
environment and circumstances in the work place policies of the administration. qualities of the leaders. security, status and working conditions Then one can correlates these factors to the interpersonal relations one has with ones peers and examine his personal life in the light of these factors.

These fit in perfectly with the Five Dimensions: SA+A+E+SO+SE

It is a great Self analysing tool too! I admit I was procrastinating (LSA) and I agree that it is situational as I moved out of it soon!! "
