OSCA provides facilities for manual processing of certificate applications and Username/password, where they could not be processed automatically, and facilities to support the issuing of registrations and certificates. Title: Wholesale Order It! (WOI) Client: AT&T, USA Environments: Java SE, J2EE, Enterprise Access Server 2000_3.1.1.4 with Oracle 8i Description: The Wholesale Order It! (WOI) is an ordering system used by wholesale customers (resellers) to order and provision Switched Toll Free, Dedicated Toll Free, Private Line, Dedicated Access and Dedicated Outbound services. The customer may submit orders via the WEB, or they may input bulk (batch) orders via an EDI type interface. The Wholesale Order It! Application includes two types of customer interfaces: Web and batch. The Web interface is referenced as CDWEB Wholesale Order It! (WOI) and the batch interface is referenced as the EDI (Electronic Data Interface) process. As with orders entered via the Web, orders submitted through the EDI batch process can also be viewed using the WOI web interface. The EDI process receives data from a customer via Connect: Direct or e-mail. After a data file is transferred via Connect: Direct, Connect: Direct kicks off a shell script in order to process the file. Data files received using e-mail are picked up by a cron shell script which runs every 15 minutes to look for e-mailed order data files.
