General Characteristics FC Frame sizes can be customised for use in Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Fresh Air Supply lters (FAF). The lter media is replaceable for FC frames. Fibreglass Media are suitable for use in oil mist, ink, paint arrestor applications. PP mesh lters are durable and washable can be used for air intake purposes. Impregnated Carbon synthetic media can be used for odour control. The lters are widely used in FCU, FAF and AHUs of electronics & Injectable production, pharmaceutical production, industrial and chemical processing, hospitals and laboratories, biosafety labs, public and ofce buildings, airport airconditioning systems, pulp and paper mills, oil reneries, gas turbines and plastics manufacturing.

Construction
Filter Media The lter media is made from synthetic polyester with calibrated bre density. The polyester media can be pleated in 2 and 4 thickness as 2DP and 4DP. The media can be partially resuable by washing with tepid water and detergent. The lter is enclosed with Aluminum, Galvanised Steel or paper board frame. FC Frame comes with one corrosion-resistant Galvanised or aluminum expanded mesh which supports the lter media and the other side a Galvanised steel Z-Zag retainer rod which can be removed for replacement of lter media. Fibreglass Media are of disposable and is used for oil mist, ink, spray paint arrestor removal applications. Impregnated carbon ZGK lter media can be used for odour control. The lter can also be manufactured in all custom various sizes and thickness. Standard acutal thickness of 21mm, 45mm, 95mm.

Synthetic Washable media can be partially reusable by washing with tepid water and detergent. Impregnated Carbon cannot be renewed after used though the media can still be used for air ltration.
