All payments must be charged to any American Express Card to enjoy the exclusive privileges Offer must remained the best in the market and not made available to the public The merchant agrees not to participate in a similar promotion with any other card issuer(s) during the promotional period stated At any point in time, the Merchant agrees not to impose additional fees, increase price of the goods/services or suppress the American Express Cards when presented by Cardmembers 5. The merchant agrees not to terminate the promotion before the end of the program without prior consent from Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) 6. The merchant agrees to display all point-of-sale materials(eg promotional tent cards , bill folder inserts, etc) throughout the program and POS materials must be kept in good condition 7. The merchant agress to honor the terms and conditions of the promotion, brief all staff of participating outlets as well as endeavour to resolve any issues with the ultimate aim of gaod customer service 8. The merchant agrees to allow Maybank to utilize the offer in all Cardmembers' communication channels(Above-the-line and Below-the-line communication of all types) 9 Maybank reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate this program or the Merchant's participation prior to expiry of this program 10. The Merchant should provide 1 month's written notice to Maybank (Merchant Marketing Department) in order to terminate the agreement and honor the offer for the final month 11 The Merchant's offer is subject to Management's approval
