Multi-Cultural Wedding
We understand that some cultures prefer to cater their own Wedding Celebrations and we are happy to provide you with our facilities and allow you to make you own arrangements. The Multi-Cultural wedding package includes: Room hire of the Auger Suite from 1100am 0100am External Catering Allocated Kitchen area (times to be agreed with the Head Chef) Unlimited Corkage White Linen, Table Cloths and Napkins Crockery Glassware Cutlery (includes 2 x knives, 3 x forks, 1 x dessert spoon, 1 x tea spoon) Tables and Chairs 1 Conference and Banqueting Manager 1 Cloak room attendant if required (one member of staff to take coats from guests on arrival and return them on departure) Complimentary car parking 1 Suite for Bride & Groom on the night of the wedding (subject to availability) Cost 4500.00 Additional Charges: The amount of staff and the number of hours they will be required, will be dictated by the style of service confirmed. This will be agreed between the client and Radisson Blu Durham prior to confirmation and signing of the contracted Terms and Conditions. Civil Ceremony
Arranging the Ceremony Once your chosen date is provisionally booked with the Hotel, please contact the Registrar at Durham City Council to discuss their requirements and book the ceremony. The Registrar will advise whether photography and / or video recording can take place during the ceremony. Readings and music may be included in the ceremony provided there are no references of a religious nature. Please consult the Registrar to ensure the acceptability of an item for inclusion. Ceremony Fees A fee of 200.00 is charged by the Hotel for the use of your chosen room for your Wedding Ceremony The Registrars fees are paid directly to Durham City Council and will be advised to you at the time of booking the ceremony with the Registrars Office.
